【Pomerol 最美樂的安排】

酒莊1768年開始，由Robin家族編寫著這首波美候美妙的樂曲，葡萄園只得2.3公頃，平均樹齡40年，釀造後放在法國橡木桶陳熟14個月才推出巿場，而葡萄園幾公尺地底下就已經有層鐵土，擁有著Pomerol珍貴獨特的風土，呈現出Merlot 最美的一面。酒莊現在由Alexandra 和 Nicolas 共同打理，每年只生產18000支，還請來Stepane Derenoncourt 做釀酒顧問，使酒莊出品水準屢創新高

Intense red fruit nose alongside pungent and lifted, stylish oak. Fine attack, very concentrated, with marked acidity. It’s ungainly now but all the components seem in place. Tight and unyielding, but it should flesh out with more bottle age. Has great tension and persistence.

Fragrant red fruit nose. Firm and fresh. Acidity marked. Firm, dry finish. Tight and reserved at present. Clear potential for ageing.

Good depth of red berry fruit, vigour, grip and balance. Firm tannins will keep the freshness and good vineyard character. Shows the true iron in the Pomerol heart.
