🔎這支Reyneke 生物動力法100% Sauvignon Blanc 釀做的Reserve White，前幾年在雜誌Drink Business舉行的新舊世界Sauvignon Blanc 盲飲比賽當中取得第二名😱，同場雲集來自新西蘭、澳州、加州、智利、意大利、法國等三十多支Sauvignon Blanc高手當中，僅輸比法國的Chateau Brown，同場已擊敗比自己身價貴最少50%以上的一眾法國列級莊代表，包括Talbot 太保白酒Caillou Blanc、Latour Martillac 、Les Arums de Lagrange 、Chateau Carbonnieux等等 …也壓贏新世界代表Cloudy Bay、Huia、Greywacke 等等……而參賽評判分量亦舉足輕重，有Jancis Robinson MW、Anthony Rose、Margaret Rand 和 Robert Joseph，公信心十足，能在三十多瓶頂級的Sauvignon blanc 混調中脫穎而出，肯定了Reyneke 世界頂尖白蘇舞台的地位😃👍👍

🏕️葡萄採自莊園中一小塊最優秀的地段，人手挑選最上等的葡萄，整串壓榨，然後放在300L 法國橡木桶發酵，12個月橡木桶陳熟 (其中95%用新桶)，然後再放不锈鋼缸陳熟多4個月，難怪一眾評判表示經巧妙運橡木桶的白蘇更複雜和令人驚喜「The tasting showed that well-managed oak treatment created moreexciting & complex wines than unoaked Sauvignon」👍🏻

📝實試報告 : 清幽、純淨、帶百合花香，像吃下檸檬奶油夾心餅，有柑橘、杏、橙皮、StoneFruit與含蓄的Tropical Fruit 氣息，卻沒感到任何Sauvignon Blanc 經常出現的不愉快草青氣息，再分層有石灰、火石、礦物、層次豐富，優雅，新鮮而有活力，良好酸度經木桶修飾後增添圓潤 Creamy既感覺，實在是一款超值的白酒❗

The 2017 Biodynamic Reserve White comesfrom specially selected sites and is matured in new 300-liter barrels. There isinitially a bit of funk on the nose, although it does clarify with aeration tooffer freshly sliced lime, Granny Smith apple and nettle aromas. The palate istaut and fresh on the saline entry, showing superb acidity and real precisionand weight toward the melon and grapefruit finish. Don’t be afraid to give thisa short decant.
