🌟南法風格傾向遊走於新舊世間之間，用既都係新世界常見的葡萄，有著相似的豐郁澎湃充滿果味的酒風，而很多酒莊都是繼承家族留下來的東西，沿用著法國家族式的傳統釀酒技術，新一代經過不斷打併，將從前生產大量廉價酒轉型為釀造較高質量的精品酒，當中不乏能夠釀造富層次、細膩優雅的優質酒莊。

酒莊故事簡介🔎
在1967年，爸爸在44歲時突然失踪🥺，酒莊大小事務落在帶著三個小孩的母親Ann Marie身上，酒莊原本以釀造甜酒 Vins doux naturels 起家，從前有著很高的名聲，後來巿場對VDN需求下滑，酒莊面對著很大困難，同時兩姊弟Veronqiue與Pierre Boudau已長大成人，放棄了各自的事業臨危受命回來接手酒莊，同時並將酒莊轉型，重新改種植黑歌海娜 (佔酒莊一半以上) 和其他紅葡萄，這樣才真正把酒莊的土壤優勢和風土潛能全面引發出來💥

📝外發型的紫羅蘭和玫瑰香氣，充滿著黑加侖子、新鮮草苺、覆盆子、蕃茄、少許焦糖味道，在口腔爆發力強，15.5%度唔野少，但爆果當中不甜膩，充沛的單寧粗中帶幼，唔「鞋」口，感覺就似一般13度酒無異，各項表現恰到好處，心水推薦😃，一家非常穩陣的小莊出品。

Tasting Note:

The 2016 Henri Boudau reverses the blend of the Patrimoine, making it 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache. This medium to full-bodied wine spends a year in barrel, 20% of which is new. It's fresher than the raisiny Patrimoine, blending hints of resiny garrigue with cherry and plum fruit, then finishing with some firm tannins.
