*售完* F192 - Chateau Siaurac 2015, Pomerol 施雷克酒莊

🔎歷史始於 1832年，近年酒莊由Paul Goldschmidt 打理，接管了太太外家由1832至今同一家族的產業，佔地46公頃也是Lalande de Pomerol 區內最大的酒莊，歷史雖長而且單一家族管理，但酒途卻是浮浮沉沉，或許最吸引的就係他搶眼的綠色酒標，與莊園一樣靠外表攞左個區內最美麗莊園銜頭，小編以前做過多次他不同的年份，說實酒質一般，合乎價格又無驚喜，只能靠包裝外觀較吸引人眼球，這亦解釋為何多年來取分困難，在2015之前未曾獲取過RP90分以上，其實呢家Chateau Siurac 風土條件唔差，從文件記載 ：「Chateau Siaurac is only separated from the first great growths of Pomerol by a tiny trickle of water called the Barbane」酒莊跟Pomerol 最頂級的Petrus 亦只是相隔1KM，雖然交由小編偶像Stephane Derenoncourt助陣，但效果只屬一般，到2014年酒莊最大的轉變是Latour 的莊主Francois Pinault 及他的公司 Artemis Group 入股莊園，自始Chateau Siaurac 得到了一級莊強大的技術、人材支援和海量的資金，來自拉圖的技術團隊女農學家 Penelope Godefroy 接手管理葡萄園，而且背後還有前Petrus 釀酒師 Jean-Claude Berrouet 提供意見，她倆第一項工作就係將酒莊轉為Organic 及Biodyamic ，2015年是 Penelope Godefroy 釀造的第2個年份，表現可稱得上為脫胎換骨，各大評分機構都打90以上的分數，2015年共釀造了110000瓶，橡木桶陳熟15個月，且看將來Siaura潛力能上升到那個地步，期待!!

"The 2015 Siaurac has long been making some "nifty" Lalande-de-Pomerol and this is well worth investigating. It has a sensual, fruit-forward bouquet with plenty of black cherry and cassis fruit that does not overpower. The palate is medium-bodied with fine grain tannin. There is a couple of layers of new oak to be absorbed, but there is sufficient fruit to do that and it finished with attractive truffle and white pepper notes that offer fine salinity."

"Second vintage with Penelope Godefroy, and at the start of the organic conversion. This is lovely, already accessible with its dark brambly fruits and soft tannins. The emphasis here is definitely on pleasure, and it's extremely tasty as a result. Drinking Window 2018 - 2030"

"Blackcurrants and leaves, as well as violets. The palate has silky yet dense and smooth tannins wrapped in dark-plum flavors. Drink or hold."

"Features a tasty core of steeped plum and black cherry fruit laced with dried anise, incense and mineral hints. Reveals a flash of savory through the finish, though the fruit has the upper hand overall. Drink now through 2022.

飲葡萄酒除左每支酒開瓶後幾小時內的狀態高低，也有同一酒莊幾十年間好壞年份之高低，再遠一些就是經不同酒莊的擁有人所產生時代的高低興衰，由微觀到宏觀的變化，沒有千篇一律的結果，細味箇中變化就能享受到葡萄酒的趣味，呢支2015就正正代表Chateau Siaurac新時代的開始......(to be continued )
