🔍Chateau Deyrem Valentin 位於法國波爾多Margaux產區，在中級酒莊聯盟（L'Alliance des Crus Bourgeois）2012年發佈的中級酒莊（Cru Bourgeois）名單中榜上有名。Jancis Robinson在2010年份波爾多選購指南中，評價Chateau Deyrem Valentin為性價比最高的波爾多酒莊之一。Wine Advocate 評價這款酒是最經典的瑪歌風格。

Chateau Deyrem Valentin的歷史頗為久遠，可追溯至1730年，Deyrem Valentin是第一個擁有者的姓氏。在經歷200多年的興衰浮沉後，於1928年被Sorge家族買下並經營至今，1938年Sorge家族想要擴大生產規模，於是從鄰居Chateau Palmer手中購得部分種植著老藤的土地。目前 Jean Sorge是莊主，與兩個女兒Sylvie和Christelle共同打理酒莊，酒莊的葡萄園毗鄰瑪歌產區最著名的“grands crus”—Chateau Margaux。Sorge家族非常尊重葡萄園的風土條件，結合了傳統的釀制工藝和新技術，力求釀制出優雅精緻葡萄酒，酒莊擁有接近100年的老藤葡萄，是波爾多最古老的葡萄藤之一。而這款Chateau Deyrem Valentin是酒莊的正牌，其中選用了樹齡超過70年的老藤petit verdot來釀造，使得這款酒別有風味。酒莊從田間管理到採摘全部採用手工操作，2013之後酒莊引進了新的設備後，使釀酒葡萄達到逐粒精選的水準，高品質的葡萄酒卻並不高價，可謂是瑪歌產區性價比最高的酒莊之一。

實試紀錄👅✍🏻 Tasting Note: 一倒入杯中，一股甜蜜的槐花蜜的香氣撲鼻而來，玫瑰花、樹莓、陳皮梅和黑朱古力的香氣，入口就如早晨起來拂過窗臺的陽光，溫暖清新，單寧如絲，酸度清新自然，醒酒一個小時之後，雪松、咖啡、太妃糖的味道釋放出，伴隨著少許薄荷和咸咸的海風氣息。

The 2014 Deyrem Valentin has a lifted raspberry coulis, strawberry and violet-scented bouquet that feels just a little pinched at the moment. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly drier tannin than I expected, a Margaux that is molded in a "Classic" style, austere compared to its peers but with the body and density to suggest that it will age nicely over the next decade. Tasted September 2016.

Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2017 Deyrem Valentin leaps from the glass with notes of Morello cherries, black raspberries and fresh blackcurrants plus touches of bay leaves, truffles and tapenade. Medium-bodied, the palate is packed with loads of red and black fruit flavors plus plenty of earthy accents and a plush texture, finishing with great freshness.
