Astoria是由一個具有悠久釀酒歷史的家族一一Polegato于1987年創立，葡萄酒的品質獲得大眾所肯定，其產品經常在高級餐廳，酒館，酒吧內出現。

Astoria除了汽泡酒聞名，獲獎無數；紅葡萄酒亦是獨當一面，深受大眾歡迎。

Astoria 呢間酒莊相信各酒友都唔陌生，由Sparkling 到 Processo，以至紅酒如Cabernet Sauvignon 或 Amarone大家都好熟識🤗。尤其大哥酒款Amarone，每次一出都必定熱賣，當然因為Astoria出品有質素之餘價錢唔貴，一個字講晒: “平靚正” 🤪。大家記得有大哥款Amarone之下，都唔好唔記得仲有小弟款Ripasso，同樣價廉物美🥳。 🔎 Ripasso 有Re-pass和go over again 的意思，跟大哥Amorane 是分不開的，因為成就細佬需要由大哥身上取材，那就是釀造Amarone的風乾葡萄壓榨後剩下的皮，已經過第一次發酵的Valpolicella 紅酒會混入葡萄皮和酒渣再進行第二次發酵，釀出風味更強勁和複雜的酒 (酒精度不少於14%)，如果對比Amarone的價格，無疑Ripasso就係講物值，有「平民Amarone之稱」👏🏻。 👉🏻 Valpolicella是僅次於Chianti的第二個重要的紅葡萄酒法定產區。從歷史上看，這裡在1968年被提升為法定產區DOC，在產區範圍內，Recioto della Valpolicella和Amarone della Valpolicella於2010年被提升為法定產區DOCG，而Valpolicella Ripasso也於2010年被提升為法定產區DOC 🆙。 ▶️ Astoria酒莊的葡萄園位於Valpolicella內，土壤🌱以石灰岩和花崗岩為主。種植了紅葡萄品種為科維納（Corvina），也被認為是當地最優質的葡萄品種，表現出櫻桃、黑色水果以及一些草本🍃植物風味，同時為酒款提供了酒體和結構💪🏻 ; 羅蒂內拉（Rondinella）葡萄以及風格最輕柔的莫利納拉（Molinara）葡萄🍇。酒莊採用全人手👐🏻採摘，會先進行為期10-15日的發酵，再進行另外10日的混入葡萄皮及酒渣的第二次發酵，再在橡木桶陳熟12個月才裝瓶。

酒評：酒呈深寶石紅色，散發出典型馥鬱的紅色漿果果香以及香料的氣息，口感濃郁，酒體飽滿，結構良好。

The grapes undergo traditional red vinification and areallowed at a prolonged macerate at a temperature of26/28° C inside 30-hl barrels, so that the colouringsubstance and the tannins are extracted. The macerationperiod also corresponds with the malolactic fermentation.The wine is lightly filtered and is allowed to age severalmonths after bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: very intense ruby red with violet shades.

Bouquet: intense, typical with a slight scent of red berryfruits and spices.

Taste: rich, full-bodied, supple, with great intensity andstructure.
