🧐 葡萄園莊主老伯伯 Bernard Magrez 🧓 他擁有波爾多地區21個莊園，包括極富傳奇色彩 Grave 地區列級酒莊的黑教皇城堡 Chateau Pape-Clement，和 Haut-Medoc 地區的1855年五級酒莊 Chateau La Tour Carnet，以及全世界各地的超過10個莊園，他就是那些超级明星葡萄酒的幕後推手🙌

而我們其中一位小編技安早前到訪法國時就曾經與這位老前輩見面，見証著他年達80多歲仍每天工作到夜晚的確令我們這一輩十分佩服👍 難怪它的出品都有著代表性的，也証明著努力與成功的掛鉤😉

前輩Bernard Magrez所有的莊園都遵循着手工操作的原則，再加上著名釀酒顧問Michel Rolland 的鼎力相助，在一片片適合葡萄種植的貧瘠土地上生產出驚人豐富且濃郁的葡萄酒。而 Chateau Magrez Fombrauge 更是其中的佳作🏆

🔍 來自Saint-Émilion，由於地方法規的關係，沒有辦法在酒標上列級或是寫上產地名，只能簡單的標示為BordeauxBlanc。 部分酒液在蛋形罐內發酵，另一部分在新橡木桶中發酵，在16-20°C下保存約15天。每週攪拌一次或兩次，陳化8-10個月，而裝開前不會過濾，保留原有風味😋

📝 實試紀錄 : 這隻酒來自Saint-Émilion，由於地方法規的關係，沒有辦法在酒標上列級或是寫上產地名，只能簡單的標示為Bordeaux Blanc，不過完全不損這隻酒的美妙風味。一入杯是很濃厚的牛奶和焦糖、太妃糖的香氣，然後是像鳳梨、芒果這樣的熱帶水果風味，還有點點白花香氣。口感柔順而且酸度適宜，再帶著點微甜的回韻。

This has a grassy and lemon-citrus edge with a fresh array of melons and peaches, as well as a light, mango note. The palate has a very smooth array of bright, fleshy fruit and good acidity. Mellow, biscuity finish.

This blend contains a high proportion of Sémillon alongside Sauvignon Gris. It is a tangy, orange zest-flavored wine, with ample acidity as well as ripe apricot and spice flavors. It's a wine to drink from 2019.

The 2016 Magrez Fombrauge Blanc opens with fresh limes and lemon scents plus touches of bay leaves, wet pebbles and musk perfume. Medium-bodied, the palateis crisp and refreshing with a long mineral-laced finish.

The 2016 Château Magrez Fombrauge Blanc, which is close to an even split of Sauvignon Blanc (and some Sauvignon Gris) and Sémillon, is a juicy, forward,delicious white that has plenty of lemon, lime and citrus fruits, some subtle salty minerality, medium body, and an incredibly gulpable style on the palate.
