酒莊位於風景如畫的利布爾納（Libourne）鎮。由現任莊主兼釀酒師佩洛捷先生 (Pelotier) 擁有。Pelotier早在10多年前買下這酒莊，買下不久便為葡萄園作整頓並決心釀造高品質葡萄酒。他從新種植新的葡萄藤，並朝向南方，用意吸收最多的陽光去達致葡萄最理想熟成。另外主張生態平衡以及低產量但高質量釀造是他的新願景。再加上現代化的釀酒設備，自佩洛捷先生接手後，葡萄酒品質不斷獲得提升。葡葡園主要種植Merlot、Cabernet Sauvignon及Cabernet Franc。土壤是粘土和石灰石。葡萄經採收及發酵後，會被導入橡木桶1️⃣2️⃣個月陳熟以增加複雜度。

✍🏻實試報告:
用多變、充滿不同味道去形容呢款酒最貼切。紅寶石酒色充滿黑果、甘草、香料、漿果等香氣而入口帶咖啡、煙薰、藍莓、涼果等味道。酒體濃郁誘人，抖氣20分鐘更散發出陣陣玫瑰淡花香以及多了燈籠椒、meaty及香草之味。味道變快很多元，而且花香/果香/木桶之味平衡⚖️得剛剛好。開瓶一飲已很順滑，抖氣40分鐘後再飲更見絲滑，優雅之中酒體不失力度，適中的酸度加上悠長回甘，整支酒做得平衡雅緻，整合度相當高。
