♀今日想同大家介紹一下Beaujolais 10個 Cru 之一「Moulin-A-Vent」產區的特色和酒款
Moulin-A-Vent 意解「風車」。而這一個 Cru 也是Beaujolais 10個 Cru之中的KING of Beaujolais🤴 為什麼呢? Beaujolais葡萄酒給很多人的印象通常就是清新和較輕柔,但這優質村的出品剛好與這傳統的觀念相反!一般的Moulin-A-Vent酒體圓滿,以厚實平衡的酒體見稱,而且結構緊緻,層次複雜,陳釀能力上佳,遇到好年份時還可以陳年10-20年。而且酒香會隨年份轉化,有些說法更稱酒風與Rhône葡萄酒相近
葡萄來自70年的老藤,開瓶後一大堆的香氣蜂擁而上 未完熟車厘子、梨子、山楂、紅茶葉、羅勒葉、白合花、法式焦糖蛋糕、還有少許青椒,的確非常豐富 入口有加應子、車厘子、橙皮、冰糖葫蘆 (帶少許甜絲絲, 但沒有絲毫膩的感覺) ,回甘帶有少許白胡椒但並不強烈。醒酒大約40分鐘後酒體變得更厚,而且非常的juicy,像喝著果汁一樣,很純很美🥰 一般Beaujolais小編都愛冷微至12-14度品嚐,但這一款小編試過還是室温的較好,層次和單寧較豐富

Structured and full of tannins, this wine has a good future. It is not ready yet, but the density of the wine will soften to give great richness, with layers of black fruits, acidity and spice from the old-wood aging.

Shimmering ruby. Highly perfumed black raspberry, licorice and floral pastille aromas pick up a mineral nuance with air. Chewy and energetic on the palate, offering incisive black and blue fruit flavors that show very good depth, breadth and spicy lift. Dark fruit liqueur and violet notes linger on an impressively persistent finish shaped by steadily mounting tannins.
