Chateau D’issan 位於波爾多左岸的名村瑪歌 Margaux 區內，17世紀前曾由當時在波爾多擁有最多莊的 Segur 所擁有。1855年，Branchy 家族成為了新莊主，酒莊就被評上了61個波爾多列級名莊中的三級莊 而當年的名莊中只有拉菲 (Lafite) 、拉圖 (Latour) 、瑪歌 (Margaux) 、龍船 (Beychevelle) 和 迪仙 (d' Issan) 這五大酒莊用到 “Chateau” 即城堡這字眼

而在1945年二戰後，Cruse家族買下了酒莊，並投入大量金錢、時間和精力去修飾城堡、花園、葡萄園及各種設備，令原本已是質量保証的 D’Issan再大發光芒✨

 人工採收，在控溫不銹鋼大桶中進行發酵。在經過 21 天的浸皮後放入橡木桶中陳釀；其中50%採用新桶。2010 年份用 60%的 Cabernet和 40%的 Merlot 混釀。深厚多石的粘土土壤給予這款酒獨特的礦物質香氣。極低的產量讓這款酒呈現濃郁的深紫紅色，有著漂亮的花香，藍莓，黑莓以及一些醋栗，焦油，和碳烤香氣。口感純淨，平衡，單寧柔和。可以搭配紅肉，如羊肉，鴨肉為主，烤肉尤其適合搭配濃的芝士。

Deep garnet in color, the 2010 D'Issanopens with baked blackberries, blackcurrant jelly and stewed plums scents withhints of bouquet garni and charcoal. Medium to full-bodied, the palate isbright and refreshing with just enough chewy, textured black fruits and anearthy finish.

A complete, medium to full-bodied,exquisite Margaux from this medieval, moat-encircled, compellingly beautifulestate in the southern Medoc, D’Issan’s 2010 is a blend of 60% CabernetSauvignon and 40% Merlot. The deep, gravelly soils mixed with clay haveprovided extraordinary aromatics. The yields were ridiculously low (22hectoliters per hectare) and the wine tips the scaled at 13.7% natural alcohol.Production was small after the selection for the grand vin, and the result is adense, purple-colored wine with beautiful aromatics of spring flowers,blueberries and black raspberries as well as hints of cassis, tar and charcoal.The wine is gorgeously pure, well-balanced, and soft enough to be approached in4-5 years or cellared for 25-30
