🔎芝露酒莊(Chateau Guiraud)位於法國波爾多南邊,吉隆特河(Gironde)左岸的蘇玳(Sauternes)產區,此產區以盛產貴腐甜白酒而聞名。酒莊早期曾是Mons de SaintPoly家族產業,當時被稱作「Bayle貴族之家」,於 1766 年被批發商 Pierre Guiraud 買下,1799年傳給兒子Louis,讓酒莊成為Sauternes產區的優質酒莊。1837年Louis再把酒莊傳承給兒子時,歷經三代人的經營,成為享譽盛名的酒莊,直到 1855年波爾多產區實行酒莊分級,酒莊被評選為蘇玳和巴薩克列級酒莊被評為一級酒莊(Premier Cru Classe),同時也是率先取得法國生態農業促進發展署(Agence Bio)認證,是有波爾多產區首見有機認證的酒莊。
🌱莊園現有100公頃葡萄園, 85公頃用於釀造正牌酒Chateau Guiraud白葡萄酒,其餘的15公頃釀造G de Guiraud白葡萄酒。土壤是砂礫石、粘土、礫石為主的混合土質,底層土壤再複雜一些,在深處有半透明的沙粒,還有一些石子摻在紅色的粘土上面,也可也看還有泥灰岩石灰石。酒款呈現金黃色澤,帶有豐富的橘子、蜂蜜、檸檬香氣,以及烤麵包、奶油、香料與焦糖氣味,口感濃郁,甜蜜有質感,酒體飽滿,甜度與酸度具有良好平衡。

Tasted as part of a vertical held at thechateau. The Guiraud 2004 offers milder, more well behaved aromatics than the2003, and there is better delineation here with lifted scents of apricotblossom, marmalade and a sense of minerality that is not apparent on previousvintages. The palate is well-balanced with a fresh, viscous opening. Theacidity is nicely judged and there are plenty of dried mango, marmalade andquince notes to enjoy on the harmonious finish. This is a very assured Guiraudthat has an effortless quality that previous vintages did not possess. Drinknow-2025.
