【關於酒莊】

酒王 Patrus 🤩相信很多人也很熟悉，他是出自神級釀酒師👨🏻‍🦳Jean-ClaudeBerrouet的手筆。Vieux Chateau Saint Andre (老聖安德烈酒莊) 是70歲的神級釀酒師Jean-Claude Berrouet在為赫赫有名的帕圖斯（Pétrus）效力45年之後，為退休生活作打算的私人酒莊。酒莊坐落於Montagne Saint Emilion，是間精品型的小莊。Jean-Claude Berroue懷著在Petrus工作時所用的釀造工藝🤲🏻，以及自細對葡萄酒的愛好及熱情，再加上善於利用風土賦予葡萄酒的特點✨，把用在Petrus的理念同樣放到Vieux Chateau Saint Andre上，用平民版酒王去形容此葡萄酒也絕對適合👍🏻。

【關於產區】

Montagne Saint Emilion（蒙塔涅-聖埃美隆）是Saint Emilion最大的衛星產區📡，葡萄種植面積達1,570公頃，這裏的酒莊都是小型家庭式的葡萄酒莊，所生產的葡萄酒純正、醇厚而優雅😎。“Montagne”的意思是“Mountain”，意指這裡多山的地形，與Saint Emilion產區只是一河相隔。

【關於釀造】

現在，Jean-Claude Berrouet與他的兒子Jean- Francois一齊管理及營運酒莊，並同樣依著釀造酒王Petrus的功藝放到自家酒莊上。酒莊佔地12公頃，🌱土壤以石灰石及粘土為主，平均樹齡為40年，葡萄經全人手🤏🏻採收後，會被放入水泥大桶進行為期20日的發酵，及後在木桶陳熟12個月 (當中15%為新桶) 才推出市場。

📝實試報告:

寶石紅酒色，帶有新鮮黑色水果的氣息，比如黑加倫子🍇、黑櫻桃、藍苺及有絲絲奶油香氣。入口帶上甘草、雪茄、松木、煙熏、果仁及香料等味道。口感圓滑飽滿、入口舒服、酸度良好、單寧綿密、整體夠活力、細緻及優雅、餘味細長。平民版酒王，絕對值得你試試🤗🤗。

The 2015 Vieux Château Saint André is theestate of upcoming winemaker Jean-Claude Berrouet (look out for him...I thinkhe has a bright future). This has a sense of brightness on the nose, with vividblack cherry, cassis and blueberry fruit, very poised and focused. The palateis very well balanced with fine tannin. There is real backbone here, a lovelygraphite seam and though the finish is a little abrupt, it should fill out bythe time of bottling. If you cannot afford Petrus this year and still need abit of Berrouet in your wine, then this is a perfect place to start.
