🔎能入選 Cru Bourgeois的酒莊，首先要經過聯盟評審盲品酒莊五個年份的酒，質量都能通過評審的品評；🔎由於Cru Bourgeois的之前的資格被受質疑，評審委員會決定收緊一點資格，酒莊需要由2008年至2016年計最少五年入選過 Cru Bourgeois 才符合入選資格；🔎入選 Cru Bourgeois Superieur 與 Exceptionnel 的酒莊需要成立特別的專項紀錄解釋酒莊的風土、葡萄園管理和釀酒工序等，經品試合格，專業評審會到訪實會員酒莊進行實地視察及評核，評核內容包括:

🌱環境保護 — 所有 Exceptionel 與 Superieur 級別酒莊要達到 Haute Valeur Environmentale 第三級別(最高級別) ，而其餘 Cru Bourgeois 級別的則要達到 HVE 二級。

💪技術— 檢查葡萄園和採收流程、釀酒設備、酒窖、裝瓶線規格，與及酒莊通風和空調狀況等等

👨‍🌾巿場推廣— 審核酒莊如何接待客人，推廣和分銷的狀況與及售價等等…

👏可見現在的Cru Bourgeois(中級莊)一點都不簡單，尤其是Superieur與Exceptionel級別的中級莊，可謂過五關斬六將才可以在中級莊中佔一席位。

🕰️Chateau Greysac於18世紀已經開始種植葡萄，一直默默地從事葡萄酒釀造，到了1973年，Baron Francois de Gunzburg，和他的朋友們訪問了當時的Chateau Greysac，他們一踏入酒莊的大門，便被酒莊深深地吸引住了，幾位立即決定將酒莊買下。隨後，酒莊又加入了Giovanni Agnelli領銜的資金，從此，酒莊進入了快速發展的時期，並在1982年時被選為Cru Bourgeois其中的一員。2012年10月被另一家中級酒莊—Chateau Rollan de By收購，強強聯手，令酒莊的出品更具有表現力，儘管酒莊用的是現代設備，但其葡萄酒的釀制過程仍非常傳統，除了得到普羅飲家的喜愛外，亦得到專業酒評家的高分肯定:

Tasted at the Cru Bourgeois annual tasting, the 2015 Greysac has a perfumed bouquet with plenty of tobacco-infused black fruit, just a touch of warm gravel emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, crisp in the mouth with a very precise finish that deserves a round of applause. This comes highly recommended. Tasted September 2017.

This crus bourgeois has produced a ripe and juicy wine in the 2015 vintage. While it is dense, acidity and black-currant fruits give it character and richness. This wine will develop further and should be ready from 2021.

Riper than many 2015s from this appellation and with a healthy tannic base, this Medoc has a lot going for it. There’s a hint of menthol on the nose, but also something savory and plenty of ripe red berries.
