在波爾多左岸名酒村Margaux 地區Cantenac的Chateau Prieure-Lichine是少有的1855 年四等列級酒莊，其葡萄園在法國大革命前是修道院的產業。當時Chateau Prieure-Lichine釀造的紅酒就叫La Prieure， 法語是修道院的意思。

Margaux 村酒以單寧柔軟而馳名於世，不需望穿秋水就可以飲用瑪歌葡萄酒是法國國宴指定用酒，胡錦濤主席出訪法國時曾到過此處，當時用來款待他的就是1982年的瑪歌酒

酒莊共70公頃，土壤以砂礫土為主，葡萄樹平均樹齡約30年。釀酒顧問是知名的Stephane Derenoncourt ，而副牌跟正牌的釀造方法無異，只是用上較年輕的葡萄和木桶陳熟時間的差異，在橡木桶中陳年大約12-18個月，同樣有著出色的酒質。

實試報告: 寶石紅酒色，濃郁而優雅! 紅莓的果香，帶著點點香草和烤面包的香氣。入口清爽, 柔和，而且單寧圓潤。酒體豐郁! Quite a sweet-fruit nose makes itself known to start with, then ripe flavors and modest tannins make this very approachable. It’s only the finish that’s a little dry and angular. Lovely second wine.
