😉曾經介紹過同莊的酒款，Petit Verdot by Belle-Vue，是100% Petit Verdot的波爾多酒，市場上真的少見，我相信好多酒友都試過了，今次我地介紹同酒莊的出品，Chateau Belle-Vue 2016。

🏛️酒莊位於 Haut-Medoc，已有100多年的歷史，2004年，Chateau Belle-Vue由Vincent Mulliez買下，自此開始了更加輝煌的現代歷史。Vincent Mulliez當時還買下了Chateau de Gironville與Chateau Bolaire，在Vincent的努力下，三家酒莊的葡萄酒都有了很大的提升，不幸的是， Vincent Mulliez 於2010年去世🥺，他的太太Isabelle，仍然堅守着丈夫對葡萄酒品質的高標準，不斷以高要求來經營和管理酒莊，酒莊葡萄酒的品質不斷提升，Chateau Belle-Vue更加在2020年的中級莊排名中，得到了特級中級莊（Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel）的級別，能夠有Exceptionnel的中級莊，只有14家而已，可見其實力非凡👍👍

😉之前都有介紹過酒莊另一款酒是用上100% Petit Verdot，可見Petit Verdot🍇對酒莊來講是一個重要的資產，這款Chateau Belle-Vue亦都用上大比例的Petit Verdot，足足有20%，於波爾多的酒莊來講，可以講並不常見。Petit Verdot 本身是非常難以種植的，它的成熟期會是非常緩慢所以成本會多麼的高，高比例的Petit Verdot，令酒體更加複雜，香氣會帶有紫羅蘭和茶葉的氣息，專業的酒評家對這酒的評分相當不錯。

Blended of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 20% Petit Verdot, the 2016 Belle-Vue has a medium to deep garnet-purple color and nose of spice box, cedar chest and oolong tea with a core of red and black currants plus a waft of chargrill. The palate is medium-bodied, fresh, soft and juicy with a lovely burst of black fruit in the mouth leading to a savory finish. Nearly 900 cases were made.

Thanks to its fragrance and discreet succulence, this tastes like a very good Margaux. That should be no surprise, because Belle-Vue’s vineyards lie immediately south of that appellation. Long and elegant finish. A blend of 45 per cent cabernet sauvignon, 35 per cent merlot and 20 per cent petit verdot.
