Richard Rottiers 出身於釀酒家庭，媽媽來自 Chablis 的 Domaine des Malandes。不過他自己卻勇於到全球多地闖闖，除了 Chablis 外也到過包法國南部的 Gaillac 和 Luberon、美國加州、南非、新西蘭，2002 年回流後也在 Ventoux 和 Côte de Brouilly 的 Chateau Thivin 工作過，在新世界待過的他以更與時並進的角度去欣賞法國的風土，令他發現 Beaujolais 的潛力～最後有幸在 2007 年 從一個退休的酒農買下了 3 公頃的葡萄園，現在擴展到 5 公頃，當中最出色的就是這款旗艦酒～

出自有 King of Beaujolais 之稱的 Moulin a Vent，此區以最高濃郁度和陳存能力著稱，更是只有 0.8 公頃的 80 年老藤園～葡萄園就是位處於產區著名的風車旁邊，以黏土為主。2012 年起 Richard 全莊改行有機耕作，一貫以 Beaujolais 風格進行部份二氧化炭浸漬，之後經過 10 個月桶陳，是所有酒款中最高，最後不過濾就裝瓶保持原汁原味。

Bright ruby. Intense red berry, floral pastille and peppery spice aromas, along with a hint of smoky minerals. Appealingly sweet and penetrating, offering juicy black raspberry and boysenberry flavors and a hint of spicecake. Harmonious tannins give shape to the nervy, expansive finish, which linges with strong persistence and building sweetness.
