Mee Godard 擁有一副亞洲面孔，出生於韓國，是農民的家庭，九個月大時被法國一對夫婦收養，在法國接受教育，然後前往美國俄勒岡州立大學攻讀葡萄酒科學專業的生物化學學位。大學隨後接受了她的碩士學位，在那裡她擔任了食品科學與技術系的研究生研究助理，研究多酚類(葡萄酒抗氧化成份)，植物生理學。之後，她回到法國，前往蒙彼利埃Montpellier再修讀釀酒學。由於Mee並沒有世襲承傳的葡萄園，好擇選了自己必須走的路她前往 Burgundy，在 Domaine Chanson（布根地五大酒商之一）、Comtes Lafon（布根地最頂尖的白酒生產商之一）和 Corton André（亦是布根地的龍頭老大之一）實習。又到在香檳區工作，然後，在2013年初，她終於找到了屬於自己的5公頃葡萄園Morgon, Beaujolais，共中包括1.7 ha (4.2 acre) of Morgon, Côtedu Py, 2.3 ha (5.7 acre) of Morgon, Corcelette, and 1 ha (2.5 acre) of Morgon,Grand Cras。原來她在一個品酒之旅中發現了 Morgon，她對 Morgon的酒感到驚訝！"Beautiful wines, beautiful atmosphere and beautiful landscape. Apparently, this was the good combination."
同年2013年，Mee除了買到心愛園地，還懷孕了。在最應該快樂的時候，卻遇上惡耗，丈夫Godard覺得落田太辛苦，竟然一走了之。無奈Mee 獨力撐下酒莊及兼顧單親媽媽，從網站的介紹影片中，就見到做Blending時手抱一個BB做Tasting。真不敢想像第1個年份2013是怎麼樣的味道。不過Godard 幾年後回歸Mee 身邊。
從一開始，她一開始就按照 lutte raisonnée (More than organic)的原則耕作，長期目標是將生物動力技術引入葡萄園。她還在2017年多買了超過一公頃的Moulin-à-Vent，Les Michelons。下面的圖片是她老的葡萄樹樹幹底部非常明顯的活著的花崗岩土壤。此款Grand Cras全人工採收，石屎缸發酵，11.5月木桶陳釀，再在大桶2.5月陳釀只產2,000支，極罕有。
JR團隊說”自從2014年她通過電子郵件與我們聯繫，詢問是否可以向我們發送自己的葡萄酒樣品以來，我一直很高興品嚐它們。她有一種方法可以使Morgon的深色，礫石味的結構散發出來，而不會蓋過點點的紅色水果味道。隨著陳年而美麗發展的葡萄酒，但年輕時卻是引人注目。有結構，卻有明顯的寧靜。單寧超細，酸度像小提琴一樣。是一款可放於最高檔餐桌上的葡萄酒，同時在野餐時也會帶來同等的愉悅。而且不需要食物就可以享受它。

📝 實試紀錄 : 🍷一開瓶能感受到濃濃的紅果香氣和大地氣息，香氣非常豐富! 成熟的紅莓、布冧、杉木、蘑菇還有一些枯葉的大自然香氣，十分吸引，30分鐘後還多了不俗的玫瑰花香🌷 單寧一貫的既有骨架但又不失細緻，酸度為酒帶來了多一點的鮮活。整體表現非常討好😃

Brilliant ruby. Displays vibrant, mineral-laced raspberry and rose oil scents, along with suggestions of allspice and blood orange. Juicy, focused and gently sweet, offering intense raspberry and redcurrant flavors that deepen with air. Fine-grained tannins shape to the finish, which hangs on with excellent persistence and an echo of candied flowers.

The 2014 Morgon Grand Cras comes from a single hectare of 42-year-old vines and sees 14 months in barrel, demi-muids and foudres. It has a lifted red currant, red cherry and sea spray-scented bouquet that is well defined. The palate is medium-bodied with fleshy ripe tannin, crisp acidity and a pleasant edginess towards the finish thanks to the twist of sour cherry. Delicious!
