我們對右岸的Saint-Emilion都可以話唔陌生，但大家又知唔知道Saint-Emilion產區，其實有4個衛星產區的呢? 今次我地Wine Couple 帶嚟2款Saint-Emilion衛星產區的紅酒，等大家可以一次試到2個衛星產區的特色。

Saint-Emilion有4個從屬於Saint-Emilion的AOC: 


Lussac St. Emilion

Montagne St. Emilion

Puisseguin St. Emilion

St. Georges St. Emilion


以上4個Saint-Emilion的衛星產區，其實釀酒的歷史亦都一樣十分悠久，有部分酒莊有上百年的歷史，他們的風土，與St. Emilion大同小異；亦有著與St. Emilion相近的土壞 - 黏土的成分比較高，4個衛星產區亦都是以種植Merlot的比例較高。

4個衛星產區位於Saint-Emilion的北面，氣溫會比Saint-Emilion低一點，原因是距離Dordogne河遠一點，河流對氣溫的調節有明顯的作用，所以在4個衛星產區的收成日子會比Saint-Emilion遲一點，這等葡萄有更多時間去成熟。4個衛星產區的面積加起有5485公頃，相比Saint-Emilion的5565公頃，其實都不遑多讓。



1. Chateau Cote de Chambeau 2016 尚博城堡《醇酒系列-F664》


產區：Montagne Saint-Emilion


葡萄品類 :  Merlot 梅洛, Cabernet Franc 品麗珠


酒精度 : 14%vol

Chateau Cote de Chambeau 是來自Montagne Saint-Emilion，是4個Saint-Emilion的衛星產區的其中一個，在4個衛星產區中面積最大的，平均每年生產約775,000箱葡萄酒。Montagne Saint-Emilion與Saint-Emilion只相隔一條小河，與隸屬Saint-Emilion的村落不到5公里。Montagne這字解作山，這邊的地勢為一系列起伏的丘陵，山坡對葡萄的種植，提供很好的條件，所以Montagne Saint-milion是4個衛星產區中，是出產最好的葡萄酒的產區。



2. Chateau Les Abeilles 2016 雅貝爾城堡《醇酒系列-F665》 


產區：Saint-Georges Saint-Emilion

葡萄品類 : 60% Merlot 梅洛，25% Cabernet Franc 品麗珠，10% Cabernet Sauvignon 赤霞珠，5% Malbec 馬貝克

酒精度 : 14%vol

Chateau Cote de Chambeau 是來自Saint-Georges Saint-Emilion，是4個衛星產區中最小的，僅有180公頃種植葡萄，事實上亦是法國60個AOC中最小的一個。平均每年生產約83,000箱葡萄酒。在1936獲得AOC法定產區。古羅馬人是該地區最早種植葡萄的人。如今，目前只有不到20個不同的生產商在該地區生產葡萄酒，有趣的事，位於該地區的酒莊，可以選擇以Saint. Georges - Saint Emilion 或者 Montagne Saint-Emilion的AOC。


Chateau Les Abeilles採用生態種植，Abeilles法文即是蜜蜂，莊主Boidron家族認同”有好的蜜蜂就有好的葡萄園”的想法，所以在酒莊四周進動生物多樣化，改善蜜蜂食物的同時，也使整個葡萄園進入一個良好的生態迴圈。因此，由於Boidron家族如此致力於種植植物，為蜜蜂、葡萄藤和周圍地區之間提供更好的營養，從而形成了“Les Abeilles”城堡的名稱。
