Château Carbonnieux高分白酒｜只有6間酒莊紅酒與白酒同樣是Crus Classés de Graves

🔎ChâteauCarbonnieux卡本尼爾堡是位於格拉夫(Graves)產區的列級酒莊(Crus Classés de Graves)，1953年，波爾多格拉夫(Graves)產區設立了自己的分級制度，評選出了16家列級酒莊，Graves的分級制度是按紅白酒分開去評審📝，酒莊的紅酒入選了列級莊級數，不等於他的白酒也必然是列級莊，當時，紅白酒都能入選成為列級莊的酒莊，只有6間，Château Carbonnieux卡本尼爾堡就是其中一間同時入選的酒莊👏🏻👏🏻，(當然Château Haut-Brion亦都是其中一間)，格拉夫的分級制度一直都現在都沒有什麼大改變，優良的傳統一直留存下來。

💁🏻‍♀️莊園歷史可以追溯到十四世紀，至今已有好幾百年歷史，當中也經歷過不同的興衰時期，直到1956年被現任主人佩恩家族(Perrin)收購👨‍👩‍👧‍👦，當時收購時，莊園是比較殘破及落後，莊主Marc Perrin收購後便快了長時間，重新種植所有葡萄樹🌱，及從新規劃酒莊及葡萄園的發展以及引進當時的新技術，終於在70年代之後開始回復昔日輝煌光彩，逐漸受到眾多飲家及酒商的認可及追捧🤩。現今酒莊由兒子Tony掌管。在80年代中期，酒莊還請來了波爾多白酒之父Denis Dubourdieu教授擔任顧問。追開我地Wine Couple Post都對Denis Dubourdieu不會陌生，他一生致力於葡萄、種植和釀造方式的科學研究。特別專攻於如開把白葡萄的香氣份子釋出，如及以何提升酒質🆙。30年來的研究累積，影響力遍及全世界，他同時身兼多家酒莊的釀酒顧問，例如法國知名酒莊Château d’Yquem(滴金酒莊)、Château Cheval Blanc(白馬堡)。Chateau Carbonnieux 請了Denis做顧問，令酒質更加進一步提升。2018年份，更是近年的獲高度評分酒款，你不能錯過。

Really delicious and intense Carbonnieuxalready with lemon-rind, green-apple and lime character. Medium body. Energeticfinish.

The Carbonnieux 2018 Blanc features intenselime juice, yuzu and green mango scents with touches of lemon curd and whitepepper. Medium-bodied, very tightly wound and zesty in the mouth, it has a racybackbone and a mineral-laced finish.

Sémillon flavours are to the fore right nowin this full and ripe white. Exotic fruits, stone fruits, apricot and whitepeach flesh all vye for attention on the palate. It's a little low in aciditybut beautifully balanced and extremely caressing. I tasted this a few times andthe generosity and delicacy came across each time. There's a lot to enjoy here,but in a softer, gentler expression. 25% new oak.

The wine already has a delicious side thatis both refreshing and tangy. Its tight texture is bright, shining with herbsand crisp fruitiness. It exudes freshness on the finish.

Youthfully jangly, offering a mix ofasparagus and herb notes that are starting to give way to green plum and yellowapple flavors. Still a bit turbid, so best to wait and see how this develops.Delivers range and depth. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
