🔎Pessac Leognan 知名的列級酒莊，酒莊名稱Latour取庭院內一座歷史悠久的古塔，是區內16家列級莊當中6家紅白酒均能入選列級行列之一，1871年一位德國酒商Edouard Kressmann非常欣賞此酒莊的出品，之後佢個仔Alfred在1930年買下Latour-Martillac，擴充酒莊規模並開始種植 Cabernet Sauvignon 和Merlot等紅葡萄，Latour-Martillac 的1934年份紅酒更被選上在英國國王 King George VI佐治六世加冕典禮用的指定酒款，名聲顯赫👍🏻，在1953年酒莊被評為Graves區的列級酒莊，成為了Pessac Leognan 名莊代表之一。

由Kressmann家族管理至第四代，現在由兩Tristan 和 Loic接手管理，曾經聘用過Michel Rolland 和已故白酒之父Denis Dubourdieu為釀酒顧問，為今天高品質的出品奠定了良好的基礎，酒莊平均樹齡35 年，紅酒放橡木桶陳熟15-18個月，而近年在葡萄比例上加大了Petit Verdot的比例，使酒體發揮更為雄渾豐厚，以達至令人難忘之平衡口感🤤

獨一無二的理想風土

葡萄園一共分為兩大部分。其中一個主要部分位於Martillac高原上，酒莊主要佔據了大部分山丘，而地塊由碎石拼湊而成。

這些由加羅訥河沉積的小卵石由石英，Lydian，Jasper和打火石等精細混合而構成。在這貧瘠的土壤擁有理想的排水能力是種植葡萄的理想風土，特別適合栽種赤霞珠 Cabernet Sauvignon和小維多 PetitVerdot 紅葡萄品種。

另一部分則越漸靠近加隆河，土壤開始呈現出粘土和石灰石的不同輪廓，但仍具有礫石表面。在這裡，梅洛Merlot紅葡萄品種生長最好，還有我們的長相思 Sauvignon Blanc和賽美蓉 Semillon白葡萄品種也十分合適在此風土下種植。

Tasted blind at the SouthwoldBordeaux 2010 tasting. This is a great La Tour Martillac that must be one thefinest releases from the estate in recent years. It has quite an elegantunderstated bouquet with autumn leaves infusing the black fruit profile, latertobacco and cigar box. Good vigour and class. The palate is medium-bodied withcrisp acidity on the entry. It is underpinned by good structure, with plenty ofred and black fruit and an engaging delineated finish brimming with energy.There is some high quality terroir and fruit here.

The 2010 La Tour Martillac vindicates itself as perhaps the "insiders'choice" from Pessac-Léognan. It has a well defined bouquet with blackberry,cassis, black olive and estuarine scents bouquet that is very complex andinvolving. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a fine bead ofacidity and a pinch of black pepper towards the smooth and harmonious finish.It remains very backward but there is immense potential here. I love the mid-palate to thisyoung and attractive red, with silky tannins and alluring mineral, berry andstone character. Enchanting.

Dense, but supple along theedges, offering a packed core of cassis, blackberry and black cherry fruit. Thelovely licorice, dark tobacco and violet notes glide to the finish, which showssolid, latent grip. Best from 2015 through 2025. 12,500 cases made.
