黛樂莊園（Domaine de l’A）位於波爾多的卡斯蒂永丘（Cotes de Castillon），是一家由斯蒂芬·德農古（Stephane Derenoncourt）一手建立的精品酒莊。酒莊自出售的第一個年份起，就獲得了眾多酒評家和愛好者的親睞，遠銷世界各地。

黛樂莊園（Domaine de l’A）是史蒂芬夫婦倆多年來的心血結晶。史蒂芬被譽為下一個“飛行釀酒師”米歇爾羅蘭（Michel Rolland），被Wine Spectator稱為“世上最炙手可熱的釀酒師”。而他的妻子克裏斯汀（Christine Derenoncourt）始終追隨他的腳步，兩人擁有共同的理想。 

1999年，由於資金的匱乏，兩人當時只夠買下一塊僅占地2.5公頃的葡萄園，但是這裏是夢開始的地方，是黛樂莊園（Domainede l’A）偉大進程的第一步。為了籌集資金，史蒂芬組建了一個由200名朋友和同事組成的團體，每人籌集了大約1000美元。作為回報，每個投資者都獲得了7箱葡萄酒，Domaine de I'A就此誕生了。

酒莊的葡萄園位於波爾多Cotes de Castillon的Sainte-Colombe朝南的坡地上，與瓦倫德羅酒莊（Chateau Valandraud），富爵酒莊（ChateauFaugeres）和卡汀娜之花酒莊（Chateau Fleur Cardinale）等多家名莊相鄰，共用同一片風土。葡萄園的土壤為粘土-石灰石土壤，種植著80% Merlot和20% Cabernet Franc。平均樹齡達到35年，其中也不乏一些長達60-70年的老藤，種植密度為每公頃6500株，平均產量為每公頃2800升。在最初的6年中，為了生產Domaine de I'A的葡萄酒，他們在簡陋的釀酒車間中進行了釀造。到2005年，他們節省了足夠的錢來建立自己的釀酒車間。多年來酒莊始終堅持採用生物動力法進行耕種，為了環保，酒莊的酒窖都是由石材，石灰，磚，木頭，麻等材料建成。

酒莊採用全手工採摘，採摘後的葡萄部分或全部去梗後，不經過破皮，直接置於頂部敞開的發酵罐中進行發酵，並在法國橡木桶中進行16到18個月的陳釀，新桶比例為50%。由於酒莊最大程度的減少人為干預，因此酒莊的年產量極低，每年僅出產2500箱。低產只為更高的品質，酒莊每一支葡萄酒都展現了成熟 Merlot 的柔美絲滑， Cabernet Franc 的結構感和優雅，口感濃郁飽滿卻又不失清新度和複雜度。

The best wine yet produced from this 15 acre parcel owned by renowned winemaking guru, Stephane Derenoncourt, Domaine de l'A's 2005 achieved 14% natural alcohol. A blend of 60% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, it possesses an inky/ruby/purple color in addition to gorgeous aromas of smoke, sweet, jammy strawberries, black currants, and raspberries, and hints of mocha as well as new oak. Tremendous purity (a hallmark of this vintage), full body, moderate tannin, and superb freshness and precision are found in this stunning Cotes de Castillon.
