Alessandro and Gian Natale Fantino are among them”，Bussia 以酒質堅實，口感密集，雄渾強壯著稱，陳年之後方顯魅力。
葡萄栽種於 Bussia 的山坡中心位置 Dardi，朝向東南方，地理位置極佳，砂質黏土，葡萄藤年齡60年以上，人手採摘後在酒廠進行分揀，用天然的酵母在不銹鋼桶發酵25-30日，之後在 Slavonian oak 斯拉沃尼亞大桶熟成48個月（兩年在大的老桶，一年在2~3年的舊桶），以確保來自 Dardi 葡萄的美妙芳香不被遮蓋，儘量少地過濾，保持誘人的質感，完成木桶陳釀再瓶陳直至酒莊上市，年產6000支。這裏 Bussia 出產的 Barolo 不乏 Nebbiolo 典型的單寧結構和陳年能力，相比 Monforte 南邊的和 Serralunga 顯得不會太硬，年輕時仍然能欣然親近飲用。

Fantino's 2012 Barolo Bussia Cascina Dardiis a total knock-out. Rose petal, mint, kirsch, ripe red cherry, licorice andfennel open up first, but it is the wine's superb intensity and definition thatare truly remarkable, especially in this vintage. Deceptive in its mid-weightstructure, the Barolo Bussia Cascina Dardi is one of the more open 2012sreaders will come across, an impression that is enhanced by the high-tonedaromatics. Layers of intense red-fleshed fruit fill out the wine's frameeffortlessly. At times, the 2012 comes across as delicate, while in othermoments a more raw, almost animal expression of Nebbiolo takes over. It will beinteresting to see where the 2012 ultimately ends up. For now, what is certainis that the 2012 needs time to show all of its cards. The 2012 was fermented insteel and aged in cask.

The 2012 Barolo Bussia Cascina Dardi opensto dry fruit aromas of cassis, dark plum and candied cherry. Those sweet tonesare enhanced by savory spice, leather, white licorice and grilled herb. Thefinish is drying and smooth with dusty tannins.
