🔎Luce Della Vite (麓鵲莊園)，於1995年創立，酒莊位於蒙塔奇諾 (Montalcino) 西南方的一個古老小鎮🏘️。當時由意大利的Marchesi De Frescobaldi家族👱🏻‍♂️與美國Napa的Robert Mondavi家族👨🏻‍🦰合作之下所成立。 Marchesi De Frescobaldi的負責人Vittorio Frescobaldi表示藉著Robert Mondavi家族的技術與思維、能創造出一種獨一無二的極品佳釀🍷。他們攜手追求一個共同目標：在知名的蒙達奇諾(Montalcino)地區，在天時、地利、人和上、把Sangiovese葡萄的結構和優雅，與Merlot葡萄的渾圓與柔和完美結合🔄，勢要釀造出卓越的葡萄酒。今天，他們做到了，Luce這名字除代表了傳統與創新的和諧結合外，也代表了Toscana托斯卡納優秀葡萄酒的其中一員🙋🏻‍♂️，他們的葡萄酒在國際間贏得了廣泛讚譽👏🏻。現時，Vittorio的兒子Lamberto Frescobaldi秉乘了爸爸的熱情和對這片土地的熱愛❤️，繼續編寫Luce的歷史，建造全新酒窖，以獨特的方式繼續演繹這酒莊及這地區的卓越之處。

葡萄園🌱位於海拔350 – 420米的高度，也是Montalcino區內地勢最高的一個葡萄園，較高的海拔能提昇種植葡萄的環境條件。日照☀️充足而乾燥的夏季，有效的幫助莊園內葡萄的生長，使葡萄擁有豐富果香，而地區上清涼的夜間🌙天氣，令葡萄增添了複雜多變的質感。

Lucente 為Luce副牌，所採用的Merlot在9月上旬採收而Sangiovese則在9月下旬採收。葡萄經採摘後，會放入溫控不锈鋼桶內以28度進行為期12日的發酵，及後再進行22日的浸漬，在裝瓶前會被導入橡木桶 (部分為新桶) 陳熟12個月以增加複雜性。

👅✍️實試報告:紫紅色酒色，充滿黑果、黑加倫子🍇、車厘子🍒、皮革以及雪松香氣，香氣外發討好。入口帶紅桑莓、山楂、櫻桃、布冧及香料之味。抖氣45分鐘更冒出紫羅蘭🌺花香，以及黑朱古力🍫、拖肥、炭燒咖啡之味，層次豐富吸引，入口Juicy豐盈😋。酸度適中，順滑，餘韻也較悠長，整體做得平衡雅緻。

very ripe and decadent Lucente that delivers barbecued meat, dried blackberries, vanilla and fruit cake. Full-bodied and expansive on the palate, but not as enormous as the nose might suggest. Surprisingly firm tannins rein in this powerful wine on the finish.
