喺介紹之前，先聽聽葡萄酒大師Jancis Robinson 解說🗣️: Ch Maris’s Brama bottling comes from a vineyard at 400 m (1,312 ft) above the little village of Félines-Minervois. It was planted exclusively, way back in 1938, apparently, with Grenache Gris. This thrillingly complex wine suggests strongly that the best Grenache Gris wines have more tension than Grenache Blanc. ‘So much more interesting than the average white burgundy', but then yields are extremely low: just 10 hl/ha.

【乜係生物動力法酒莊Chateau Maris?】
🔎Maris酒莊由英國人Robert Eden 在1997創立，現擁有79公頃莊園，分佈在La Liviniere村莊上方的山坡許多小葡萄園。Robet非常熱愛大自然，極力提倡環保♻️和生物動力法。生物動力法應用於有機農業，視整個農埸為一個生命體，強調生物多樣性🔄和減少人力的介入。酒莊於2002年得到 ECOCERT有機認證，2004通過 Biodyvin 認證，2008年獲得Demeter認證(自然動力法認證) 📜

【乜係Grenache Gris?】
Grenache Gris中文叫灰歌海娜，原產地在西班牙，是白歌海娜（Grenache Blanc）與灰皮諾（Pinot Gris）的雜交品種，葡萄皮薄而色淺，果皮呈暗灰粉紅色，較適合在溫暖、乾燥的環境中生長☀️。Grenache Gris屬於少有葡萄品種、種植數量不多，她所釀造的葡萄酒往往帶有杏仁核果和甜橙的香氣👃🏻，入口口感圓潤。在法國，灰歌海娜主要種植於南部Roussillon、Languedoc、Southern Rhone地區。通常Grenache Gris會同其他葡萄 (如Grenache Blanc 或馬家婆Macabeo) 混釀釀酒，用上100% Grenache Gris釀酒可以話極少數，Chateau Maris Brama就是其中一款🤗。

【乜係Chateau Maris Brama?】
葡萄是採摘自位於Felines-Minervois村落海拔400米高⛰️的葡萄園，葡萄園只得1公頃及只種植Grenache Gris一種葡萄，土壤🌱為石灰石與粘土混合土壤。打從1️⃣9️⃣3️⃣8️⃣年此葡萄園已開始種植Grenache Gris，葡萄滕平均樹齡為70年。葡萄經發酵後會放入600L 的橡木桶陳釀10個月，再安排在混凝土蛋形罐中成熟6個月，以增加其複雜度⤴️才裝瓶。

✍️👅實試報告 : 
開瓶充滿熱帶水果香，檸檬🍋、啤梨🍐、honeycomb、當中還帶有金銀花及白花香💐。入口帶有杏脯、果仁、toast、礦物及少許奶油之感。整體圓滑絲滑、清新有層次，酸度舒爽，回甘有力。建議在溫度10-12度享用最佳，用來作頭盤白酒、配襯鵝肝生蠔海鮮🐟，非常一流。
