卡爾瓦里諾（Calvarino）葡萄園位於Soave Classico地區的心臟地帶，代表著古老家庭莊園的核心，於1900年初購入。這裡的土壤可追溯至第三紀年，富含粘土和土質玄武岩，可釀造出葡萄酒。令人陶醉的礦物質品質。 ‘Calvarino’這個名稱源於Little Calvary，反映了土壤的工作難度以及從上到下蜿蜒曲折的路徑。

Calvarino這標籤於1971年首次發布，象徵著Soave Area最傳統，最具特色的葡萄酒。


地理位置：Soave Classico地區的山坡葡萄園。

葡萄園特徵：始新世以來的火山土壤，富含土質和玄武岩。

海拔：海拔200-300 m，朝西北。

葡萄藤培養：傳統的綠蔭涼棚，每公頃有3000株葡萄藤。

葡萄園管理方法：全面且對環境低影響的蟲害控制方法。

葡萄樹平均年齡：30-60歲。

產量：每公頃60 hl（每棵葡萄樹2公斤）

採摘：手工採摘，通常分兩次採摘，以選擇最成熟的葡萄。 Trebbiano di Soave的採摘於9月中旬開始，Garganega葡萄的採摘始於10月。

釀造技術：將葡萄去梗並用在16-18°C之間在玻璃缸裡的水泥罐中分別發酵。

陳釀：葡萄酒在玻璃水泥罐中陳釀一年。在此期間，它仍然留在細酒糟中，以增加其豐富性和複雜性。裝瓶後，它在瓶子中緩慢老化幾個月，然後才公開售賣。

Pieropan成立於1880年，位於中世紀村莊Soave的心臟地帶，坐落在歷史悠久的Pullici宮中。四代人標誌著公司的歷史，每一代人都有自己的貢獻

 



歷史建築

Leonildo是Pieropan的創立人，他不但熟識生物學更是化學知識的驅動者，並開始在家庭葡萄園工作，酒窖的工作則交由對釀酒充滿無限熱情的兒子Fausto和Gustavo進行。

 



葡萄園

按照Pieropan家族經營的理念，他們的葡萄園絕對有品質的保證。這個家族親自管理自己的葡萄園，並專門採用傳統品種。多年來，Pieropan已將有機農業法規作為尊重當地領土的生活方式選擇。葡萄園全都在Soave Classico山丘中，並處於不同高度。該莊園包括兩個葡萄園，各具個性和特色。 



卡爾瓦里諾葡萄園Calvarino Vineyard

卡爾瓦里諾葡萄園（Calvarino Vineyard）位於索阿韋經典Soave Classico地區的心臟地帶，是自1901年以來的古老家族土地。它由一系列的梯田組成，可以使葡萄更好地暴露於光線下並達到理想的成熟度。土壤富含火山玄武岩，使葡萄酒具有鹹味和優雅的礦物風味。

 

卡爾瓦里諾Calvarino這個名字實際上意為’小考驗’，原因是耕作土壤的困難以及通往莊園的曲折道路。

Heady aromas of yellow stone fruit, spring flower and wild herb mingle with a whiff of toasted nut. The elegant, savory palate delivers ripe apricot, creamy yellow pear and tangerine zest before a mineral-laden, saline finish. Tangy acidity brightens the rich flavors. For juicy fruit enjoy now, or hold for even more complexity. Drink through 2027.

Lovely aromas and flavors of cooked peaches and straw. Medium to full body. Creamy texture. Flavorful finish. Salty and minerally. Pumice, too. Drink now.

 

🏅 Vinous 92+ pts

Bright straw. The intensely floral nose(buttercups, orange blossom, jasmine, peony) also hints at nectarine, peach and orange oil. Suggestions of cinnamon and cloves complicate the pomaceous orchard fruit flavors in the mouth. Finishes long and concentrated but much less mineral than other past vintages of this wine I am used to, and that I personally like better.

 

🏅 Wine Spectator 91 pts

A harmonious white, with mineral, chalk and saline notes underscoring the finely woven mix of Asian pear, slivered almond and pink grapefruit pith flavors. Long, creamy finish. Garganega and Trebbiano. Drink now through 2027. 500 cases imported.
