Tua Rita Giusto di Notri 2008 Toscana IGT 圖麗塔酒莊諾特利吉斯托《風土系酒款 - TI743B 》

Tua Rita 圖麗塔酒莊是由 Rita 與 Virglilio 兩夫婦在1984年成立，位於 Toscana 托斯卡納沿海地帶的Maremma 產區，坐落在 Notri 村，最初葡萄園的規模只有2公頃，以其出色的品質和極低的產量，是當時義大利著名的車庫酒莊，1994年第一次少量小桶釀造的 Redigaffi 用100% Merlot 問世，隨後酒莊就獲得巨星般的地位，2000年的年份更成為了有史以來第一隻被 Robert Parker 評價100分的義大利葡萄酒，被 Wine Lister 評選為 Toscana 25強 label。聘請了義大利最好的釀酒諮詢師 Riccardo Cotarella, Luca d'Attoma 和 Stefano Chioccioli，十年左右的時間，葡萄園的種植面積已增至9公頃，然後到了20公頃，2010年由他們的女兒 Simena 接手管理，至今葡萄園的面積已增至30公頃，產量也大幅增加。

酒莊旗艦酒第一款 Giusto di Notri 於1992年推出，名字來自於 Suvereto 最美的宗教建築 Chiesa di San Giusto，也是 Tua Rita 酒莊的第一座葡萄園。採波爾多式調配，Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc 國際品種，採用了高比例 Cabernet Sauvignon 顯得更具骨架感。葡萄園位於丘陵地區，採用單高登樹形和雙高登樹形的種植系統，每公頃大約種植5000株到9000株葡萄。採用有機葡萄園管理，注意土壤的健康以及環境狀況，土壤的主要成分有砂石、岩石、粘泥、沙，因此富含微量礦物元素，釀造出的葡萄酒帶有礦物質的香氣，帶有清新的一面。

人工採摘，選用成熟度佳的葡萄，之後被放在小箱子裏運送至酒莊，葡萄被輕輕擠壓之後再放進木桶中發酵。浸皮時間長短會根據所需釀造時間，大約在25-30天左右。酒液經發酵後，於橡木桶培養18個月，裝瓶前不進行過濾，年產量約28,000瓶。

This fabulous blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot delivers loads of plush softness and succulent richness. Aromas of chocolate, ripe fruit and spice are distinct and clear, and the wine shows compelling complexity and intensity overall.

🏅Vinous 94 pts

Full, deep ruby. Superripe, high-toned blackberry and blueberry aromas are lifted by violet and complicated by ink and gunflint. Densely packed and very smooth, with powerful dark berry, tobacco and mineral flavors coating the palate. A huge wine yet almost magically light on its feet thanks to firm, harmonious acidity. This is even more complex than the '07: these two vintages of Giusto are unquestionably among the best to date.

The 2008 Giusto di Notri is wonderfully alive in the glass. Dark red berries, flowers, spices, grilled herbs, licorice and leather are some of the notes that flesh out in this dazzling, vibrant Giusto di Notri. Polished tannins provide the backdrop for the silky, expressive finish. A final blast of red fruit adds freshness and brightness on the close.

A soft, fruity red, with currant and dark berry notes. Full-bodied and attractive already. The tannins are wonderfully polished and ripe, with a persistent finish.
