Sœurs de la Sainte Famille之邀，承租下她們位於Pessac Leognan的酒莊——Domaine de la Solitude (索里圖)。Bernard看到酒莊的優質風土及潛力，在Olivier Bernard的領導下，酒莊便進行了修葺及翻新，使之成為一個共融及有現代化設備的酒廠及葡萄，Bernard更積極改善泥土土壤

，使土地及優秀風土孕育良好健康的葡萄，從而釀造出上佳的葡萄酒。

Bernard 的理念是: “優質的葡萄酒總是源於優質的葡萄”

事實可見在Bernard接手的這幾十年間，酒質不斷提升，近年此酒莊評分，不論紅白，也是在高分行列之內。

酒莊佔地30公頃，土壤以沙礫石為主。酒莊釀造的功藝也是承繼著騎士莊園，以全人手

採收葡萄，經不銹鋼糟發酵後，會陳熟9-10個月才裝瓶。

A showy white in the making, featuring a broad swath of warmed brioche that frames the core of creamed yellow apple, pear, melon and star fruit flavors. Light macadamia nut and acacia accents score the finish. Delivers depth and length, with a latent juiciness that will carry it well. Best from 2021 through 2026.

James Suckling 91pts
There’s a very beautiful and alluring side to the nose with an array of grassy and herbal aromas, as well as dried mango, a peach edge and strong lemon citrus. The palate has a very assertive line of acidity with bright, mouthwatering and smoothly fleshy fruit in abundance. Solid value here. A blend of 60 per cent sauvignon and 40 per cent semillon.

Robert Parker 90pts
The Domaine de la Solitude 2016 Blanc has a ripe apples and apricots-scented nose with wafts of lime blossoms, hay and grapefruit. Medium-bodied, the palate is seriously racy with loads of zesty sparks and a steely finish.
