Domaine Rollin Pere et Fils（羅林父子酒莊）位於法國Burgundy（勃艮第）Cote de Beaune（伯恩丘）產區內的Pernand-Vergelesses（佩爾南-韋熱萊斯）產酒村，是該村內一座歷史悠久的家族經營式精品酒莊。

酒莊以生態平衡的理念管理自家葡萄園，葡萄園內較少使用化學藥劑，以保證葡萄的自然生長。此外，酒莊每年會去除部分過老或生病的葡萄樹，種植上新的葡萄樹，以保證葡萄的產量和品質。

酒莊採用用人工的方式採摘葡萄。在釀造紅葡萄酒時，葡萄經過篩選、去梗和破皮等工序，果皮會與葡萄汁一同轉入大型發釀罐中進行酒精發酵。發酵完成的葡萄酒將在重力作用下與果皮分離，以減少對發醇過程的人為干預。發酵結束後，葡萄酒將轉入法式橡木桶中熟化10 至 15 個月。在釀造白葡萄時，酒精發醇結束後還會進行蘋果酸乳酸轉化，以賦予葡萄酒更複雜的風味。

Discreet if not invisible wood sets off the restrained and impressively pure aromas of white flowers, pear, green apple, wet stone and soft spice nuances. There is excellent volume to the round and enveloping medium full-bodied flavors that brim with both minerality and dry extract, all wrapped in a clean and intensely dry yet surprisingly, this is not particularly austere. This needs time to flesh out but the underlying material is certainly present. If it can also add more depth than I currently envision this could surprise to the upside as it's really a lovely example of the appellation.

The Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2011 from Remi Rollin has a delicate bouquet that unfurls nicely in the glass: hints of brioche and almond developing with time. The palate has a crisp opening, quite punchy, but missing some finesse: compact and slightly saline, linear with a smudge of ginger on the finish. This actually improves in the glass, gaining more cohesion and poise with fine Pernand/Corton-Charlemagne character.
