Remirez de Ganuza 甘露莎酒莊位於西班牙 Rioja 裏奧哈產區，是該產區最著名的酒莊之一，於1989年由 Fernando Remírez de Ganuza 創建。在之前都是從事著買賣葡萄園之事，因此對葡萄園情況瞭若指掌，對當地風土的理解使他成為該地區最頂尖、最具創新精神的釀酒師之一。雖然酒莊在1991年就生產出第一個年份的酒，但由於 Remirez de Ganuza 先生自己不滿意品質而將酒全部銷毀，直到1994年才將第一款葡萄酒上市銷售。本著精益求精的原則，以釀制高質量葡萄酒為使命，他的 Gran Reserva 頂級珍藏獲得Robert Parker 滿分評分，酒莊被譽為“ Rioja的Chateau Latour ”。

The 2007 Reserva has a lovely, rounded, sensual bouquet with kirsch, crushed strawberry, vanilla and a faint tang of marmalade. The palate is medium-bodied with rounded, sensual tannins. It is very well-balanced and pure. There are layers of new oak towards the finish, but here I find it singing from the same hymn book as the intense fruit. There is a sense of completeness and composure to this outstanding Reserva.

Deep ruby. Expansive scents of cherry liqueur, cassis and vanillin oak also show very good definition, with hints of wood smoke and cola adding interest. Sweet and seamless on the palate, offering juicy black and blue fruit flavors and a lively spine of acidity. Quite rich for the vintage, finishing with powerful thrust; smooth tannins come on late to add shape and structure.

Despite the fact that 2007 was a largely forgettable vintage, this is an impressive Rioja reserva. Smoky, earthy plum and cherry aromas introduce a firm palate with clipped tannins. Plum, black cherry and herbal flavors finish tough and drawing. Drink now, but give this as much air as possible.
