Domaine Philippe Colin（菲力浦·柯林酒莊）的前身是 DomaineColin-Deleger，其歷史可以追溯到百年之前。當時，DomaineColin-Deleger 的莊主是酒莊的第三代傳人Michel Colin-Deléger 是《神之水滴第五使徒》－Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru 2000 的釀酒名家。他有兩個兒子，分別是 Philippe Colin 和 Bruno Colin。由於 Philippe Colin 和 Bruno Colin 有著不同的葡萄酒釀造和葡萄園管理理念，所以在 2004年 MichelColin-Deléger退休之後，酒莊的葡萄園被一分為二，分別由他的兩個兒子接管。PhilippeColin 在 Chassagne-Montrachet產酒村的週邊又重新建立了一個酒莊，並將酒莊命名為“DomainePhilippe Colin”。
酒莊仍使用它的前身Domaine Colin-Deleger 的葡萄園，其總面積約為13 公頃，主要分佈於Chassagne-Montrachet、Saint-Aubin及 Santenay等村莊之中，一共有 4個一級葡萄園，3 個村莊級葡萄園和 2個 Burgundy大區級葡萄園，葡萄園內主要種植的葡萄品種有Pinot Noir、Chardonnay和 Aligote，採用合理控制法 (Lutte Raisonnée) 管理他的葡萄園。近幾年漸漸將自然動力法(Biodynamic) 實施於他的葡萄園。從2010 年起，他採用 500 公升的新橡木桶熟成他的佳釀，希望更能充分地展現每個地塊的特有風土條件。
在他擁有的葡萄園中，最稀有的就是Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles，緊鄰著當今世界上最偉大的白葡萄酒 –Montrachet，有絕佳的風土條件。酒質的典雅礦石風味及纖細綿密的口感，年平均產量大約300 – 450 瓶絕對是Puligny-Montrachet 村莊中最稀有，最高貴的白葡萄酒佳釀。
在Chassagne-Montrachet 中，他最具特色的是Les Chenevottes、LesVergers、Les Chaumees三個一級園地塊。Chassagne-Montrachet1er Cru Les Chenevottes 2008 曾經獲得Wine Spectator 93 的高分並且獲得2011 年百大第 97名的殊榮。Chassagne-Montrachet1er Cru Les Vergers 更從2011 年份之後年年都獲得Wine Spectator 93 分的高分，連續成為Wine Spectator 最高分的Chassagne-Montrachet 一級園地塊。Chassagne-Montrachet1er Cru Les Chaumees 是三個地塊中海拔最高，土壤最貧瘠的。酒質富含礦石味道，是最適合年輕時品飲的佳釀。
他所釀製的Chassagne-Montracheth村莊級佳釀是由 15 個地塊混釀而成，為了保持酒質的純淨，100%採用500 公升橡木桶經過12個月的熟成期，絕對是村莊級中的極品。經過了將近 30年，PhilippeColin的釀酒信念相當簡單：在葡萄園辛勤的努力工作是釀製頂級佳釀的不二法則，因為他堅信只有如此，每個地塊才會表現出它們應該有的特色。

Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting, the2014 Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru les Chaumées from Philippe Colin has as lightly more backward bouquet compared to its peers, with an algae-like scent tincturing the citrus fruit. The palate is better than the aromatics. Nicely focused with a fine bead of acidity, the oak neatly integrated with just a patina of Japanese yuzu and ginger on the finish. It actually improved in the glass, so maybe afford this another year in bottle.

Mild reduction knocks down the otherwise softly exotic white and yellow fruit that includes white peach and petrol scents. There is even better volume to the mouth coating middle weight flavors that possess a suave palate feel and excellent energy before finishing with much better complexity on the balanced, lengthy and agreeably dry finale.

Pale, bright yellow with green highlights. Deeper-pitched and less delineated on the nose than the Maltroie but still with an exuberant quality to its aromas of lemon and spices. Tactile, sweet and fruit-driven, with firm-edged acidity and saline minerality keeping the finish dry and classic, even a bit backward in the early going. Echoes impressively on the aftertaste.
