🔎 Finca Las Moras酒莊位於阿根廷第二大產區～San Juan。San Juan產區位於Mendoza以北，氣候炎熱乾燥🔥，以半沙漠化的土地為主，降雨稀少，氣候比較不利於葡萄的栽培。但因為有著來自Andes的積雪融化水以及流經產區的Jachal河，San Juan產區葡萄園先天的不足被這兩大水源所彌補，因而擁有了充足的潛力釀造高品質的葡萄酒。

💁🏻‍♂️酒款來自4塊不同葡萄田中最優質的Malbec以釀出複雜度和口感豐富的馬貝克，葡萄皆分別來自西邊的7號和9號葡萄田、及東邊的11號及13號葡萄田。明媚的陽光🔆、乾燥的氣候和高海拔 (1400米)，為出產最佳Malbec提供了良好的條件👍🏻。純手工採摘🤏🏻，並在葡萄園中就進行了篩選，進行發酵後，在全新法國桶陳釀17個月，及在瓶中陳熟12個月才推出市場，並限量只釀造9099支㊙️。

📝實試報告:

紫紅酒色、倒出一聞，充滿黑果氣息，黑加倫子🍇、黑布冧、絲絲煙燻及奶油感覺。入口帶上石墨、甘草、黑胡椒、薄荷、西梅等味道。抖氣一小時⏰後還帶上加應子及陳皮梅的味道。入口濃郁飽滿，酸度適中、整體平衡⚖️。2010年年份，單寧已軟熟，餘韻不俗。要一嚐適飲阿根廷MM，不坊試試呢支🙋🏻‍♀️。

The 2010 Finca Pedernal Malbec is a modern Malbec from Pedernal, which is the new, fresher, higher-altitude region in San Juan, the equivalent of the Uco Valley in Mendoza. This vineyard is located at 1,400 meters altitude and, even though the nose has a strong imprint from the 17 months in French oak barrels, it is well married with the aromas of ripe Malbec, mulberry (literally Moras), blackberry and violets. The medium to full-bodied palate reveals abundant fine-grained tannins, good fruit, balancing acidity, and well-integrated alcohol, though it is still young. It should age well.

A firm and fruity red with dark fruit and hints of spices. Full body, plus hints of jam and walnuts. Flavorful finish. Shows salty and minerally character. Stylish.

Raspberry and cassis aromas are fresh and upright while showing wiry, grassy accents. Full bodied, this features a jammy, pulpy palate that's fresh but low on definition. Herbal, lightly green infiltrations drift onto a solid, tannic finish.
