Chateau Larrivet Haut-Brion來自Pessac-Leognan產區，是Union Des Grands Crus De Bordeaux(波爾多特級酒莊聯合會)的成員之一。酒莊始於1840年🕰️，被認為是PESSAC-LÉOGNAN地區最早的酒莊之一，Canolle家族擁有莊園長達兩個多世紀後出售到Laurent家族，此後莊園不斷易手，到1941年，莊園被Guillemaud家族收購並正式改名為Château Larrivet Haut-Brion，到1987年被Gervoson家族收購了酒莊，將酒窖設備現代化，同時得到兩位炙手可熱的著名釀酒師 Michel Roland 💪和Stéphane Derenoncourt 💪協助下，將葡萄酒質量進一步提昇，釀造出能夠充分表現細膩均衡，餘味悠長的高品質葡萄酒。


葡萄園座落在Pessac-Leognan產區高地帶的最佳礫石地段，莊園中有造型優美的城堡，周邊是13公頃的園林綠地，葡萄園毗鄰Chateau Haut-Bailly。酒莊擁有 75公頃葡萄園，其中12公頃土地種植了白葡萄，當中 80% 為Sauvignon Blanc, 20% 為Semillon，兩種葡萄混合釀造出的白葡萄酒，可以說是一種天衣無縫的結合:Sauvignon Blanc是早熟型、酸度高、清爽、花🌺果味豐富但比較薄身的白酒；Semillon是晚熟型、酸度低、厚身及含蜜糖😋質感的白酒，兩者混合後的葡萄酒味道豐富，結構結實、平衡及可貯藏更久。發酵完的新酒連酒渣裝在 50% 新橡木桶和混凝土蛋型罐內醇化 11個月, 並經調配丶混合後裝瓶。


清爽的青綠色，香氣集中，具有柑橘🍊、鳳梨🍍、檸檬🍋等熱帶水果風味，以及蜂蜜🍯和奶油的甜香。酒體飽滿，口感渾圓，平衡感佳，風格優雅，餘味中帶有橡木的氣息。
