【 Aisna 名字的由來】

Aisna 的名字取材自 Etruscan 伊特拉斯坎文明的語言，即 Divine 神聖，神的意思。Alessandro 原本打算用上母親的名字 Selene ，但不想為此引起家庭紛爭，而 Selene 在希臘文有 Moon 和 Divine Entity 的意思，最初他又想用上另一個名字 Artames ，但可惜被加州一家酒莊用了，佢本人對Etruscan 有情意結，Etruscan 是 Tuscany 古代的語言，比拉丁文更早，故最後用上了 Aisna 作為自己葡萄酒的名字。

酒標上的 Logo 也有故事，右邊的拿著弓的人叫 Artames ，係狩獵之神，他將一串葡萄交比左邊Etruscan Bacchus 伊特拉斯坎的酒神，他手握著的權杖 ( Tirso ) 能夠將葡萄變成酒，而葡萄酒在古時只係祭司侍奉神的供酒，Divino 一字拆解開 Di Vino 亦即是葡萄酒的意思。而圍繞著 Logo 的文字是拉丁文，用上了 Etruscan的字形，上邊寫著 Artames Laetitiam parit ，解作 Artames 帶來了快樂之源，而下方當然是 Montalcino 。當大家打開佢支 Brunello 就會發現木塞上印有 Artames 一字。

另一樣有趣的是 Etruscan 的文字是可倒轉諗的，Aisna 倒轉唸是 Ansia ，意大利文解作 Anxiey，估計是這位大叔非常焦慮無人試佢的酒掛 :)

之前親身到意大利採訪 Alessandro，他現在是一個沒有酒莊的莊主，自己只有葡萄園，而葡萄採收後會借用人家酒莊的釀酒設備釀酒和存酒，而大部份的葡萄主要是賣番比自己家族酒莊 La Gerla及其他酒莊，他爸爸的酒莊 La Gerla 也是在 Montalcino相當有名氣的，而 Alessandro 將 Aisna 2012 的產量賣了大部份給回家族酒莊，自己只留下20 %最好的葡萄釀造6千瓶 Aisna Brunello di Montalcino ，幫大家計計數，Le Gerla 的 Brunello 要在屈記賣接近五百大元，混合了部份 Aisna 交過來質量較低的葡萄，而 Alessandro 將20% 最優質的葡萄用來釀造了Aisna Brunello di Montalcino ，而Aisna售價只係 Le Gerla 一半價錢多少少，那性價比有幾高大家應該識得計🤓。在意大利的國度，各位酒友記得唔可以只飲大牌酒莊，也應多留意一下一些優質的葡萄農或準酒莊(發展中的) ，情況就同法國香檳一樣，大牌子會向其他小葡萄農收葡萄，而在你收佢收個個收的情況下，當我地飲緊名牌以為質量有保証，其實好多葡萄農自己都會留有一手，將最好的葡萄留比自己，為日後發展自家品牌而舖路，我地搵酒尋寶就係咁，像 Alessandro Rossi 的 Aisna ，他暫時只釀做了幾個年份，然後將其他年份的產量全賣掉，留低自己最好的釀自己的酒，結果我地飲家就能夠用較好的價格享受到更好的質量，是相當值得發掘的。

而且他在釀酒下了不少功夫，揉合了不同種類的橡木桶，就算同一年份同一種葡萄，放在不同橡木桶陳熟都會產生不同效果，例如用 Grenier 能陳熟出更細緻的酒，而 Pauscha 的桶則令酒體和味道重身一點，其後混調融合不同橡木桶所帶來的原素，令酒變得更複雜，他用上自己多年鑽研的混調技術和經驗，使同一種葡萄Sangiovese 也能產生變化多端的風格，Aisna 的 Bruenllo 係咩風格? 睇他的身形就知，一支柔中帶剛，傳統得來有力度，果味清澈而富力量，不是那些新派 Brunello 橡木桶原素過度，特愛他的薄荷和樟樹的香氣，混集了乾花、乾果、香料、菇菌、黑糖，胡椒和 Meaty 的感覺，一家實而不華，非常貼地的 Brunello Producer，當然不能錯過他的 Rosso ，性價比同樣強橫💪🏻，小編誠意推薦他的酒 👍🏻😊

The aromas of ripe cherries and berries areby now well melded into the oak and mineral notes. Full-bodied with beautifulintegration of fruit and bright oak spice. The very fine, mature tannins aresilky smooth and provide a still youthful platform for the lightly spicy fruit.This is a wine with good length and is seamless. Though not overly complex,it’s super-clean and enjoyable Brunello now. But you could hold and see, too.

Aromas of scorched earth, underbrush andoak form the nose along with whiffs of pressed rose and resin. The firm, maturepalate shows the complexity of age but still has youthful tension, offeringdried cherry, dark spice and chewing tobacco set against a tannic backbone andsurprisingly fresh acidity. Drink through 2030.

🏅Vinous 91+ pts

Dark bright red. Deep spicy nose offersripe red cherry, dark plum and botanical herb aromas. Then rich and dense, witha luscious mouthfeel and bright flavors of red cherry, sweet spices and licorice.Not especially complex now, but boasts plenty of early appeal, fleshy sweetcharm and good staying power. Will likely develop more facets and nuance withage, but this this crowd-pleaser will make it hard to resist pulling the corkrelatively soon.
