🔎不論是超巿幾草野以至去到智利最Top的 fine wine 如Almaviva 、Sena 、Errazuriz、Don Melchor 等等…..你要買到十年以上酒齡的智利酒可謂超級困難😣，要麼你是很有前瞻性的早早收藏在家，不然大多數都只能喝到幾年內的出品，究竟智利酒陳年潛力如何? 今次推薦的 Aresti Family Collection 2001 你就能夠從中找出答案 🧐
2001 還有2002年這兩批酒是酒莊創辦人 Don Vicente Aresti 碩果僅存留起來存放在酒窖陳存，直至他去世後才被後人發現了他的私人酒窖😱 所以呢家野好少智利廠家會發生的的，這批舊酒因機緣巧合情況下才得以保存下來，由於南美沒有酒商制度，欠缺了波爾多酒商那些中間人負責儲存和營銷舊年份的酒，於是大大扼殺了消費者品嘗新世界舊年份的機會，其實南美好多好酒陳存能不差，如果狀態良好的老酒足以令品嚐者樂而忘返的.....今次就找來這瓶老年份比大家品嚐😋

👀 18個月橡木桶，令酒香帶有明顯咖啡頭的香氣 ☕ 經歷18年之久，單寧變得柔順而且非常絲滑，而回甘亦相當長，的確又一高質素舊酒 👍

📝 實試紀錄 : 這款智利舊酒價格唔單止超值，仲狀態良好，到現在瓶內的水果還有充沛的活力，良好酸度，單睇酒色對比飲開法國波爾多十幾年的酒明顯鮮艷些，藍苺、覆盆子、皮革、煙草、石墨、帶車里茄的清新酸度，也有CS一貫的胡椒回甘，柔和、平衡、優雅，力度和刺激感兼備，接近1小時後紫羅蘭花香散發出來，沒感到甜膩，新世界的老酒就能做到果味與酸度兼備🤤，是多麼的可愛‼

❗今次超難得機會，酒是在莊主過世，後人在他神秘的私人酒窖找到這批舊年份，機會難逢❗

Lots of spice, sweet tobacco and berry aromas. Mineral too plus hints of tar. Full body, fine tannins and a beautiful finish. Balanced and refined. A beautiful cellared red that has 13 years of bottle age. Drink or hold.

Lightly herbal aromas of black currant, tobacco, minerals and latent char provide for a fine opening. Given that this is now 14+ years old, its core structure and acidity level are excellent. Rooty flavors of licorice and black currant show toast and chocolate accents, while the finish is dry, spicy and whole. This is living proof that top Chilean Cabernets from exceptional vintages can age for up to two decades; drink through 2020.
