比圖澤-普裏厄酒莊（Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur）位於法國勃艮第（Burgundy）伯恩丘（Cote de Beaune）產區的沃爾奈（Volnay）產酒村，是該產區內的一座精品酒莊。

比圖澤-普裏厄酒莊是一座世代傳承的家族酒莊。1860年，西蒙·比圖澤（Simon Bitouzet）開始在沃爾奈村種植葡萄。1981年，文森特·比圖澤（Vincent Bitouzet）作為比圖澤家族（Bitouzet Family）的第五代繼承人，正式接管了自家的酒莊。後來，文森特和休伯特·普裏厄（Hubert Prieur）的女兒安妮·普裏厄（Annie Prieur）喜結連理，並繼承了傑克·普裏厄酒莊（Domaine Jacques Prieur）位於默爾索村（Meursault）和伯恩（Beaune）的葡萄園。由此，文森特將酒莊合併，改名為比圖澤-普裏厄酒莊。文森特和安妮的兒子弗朗索瓦·比圖澤（Francois Bitouzet）掌握了足夠的葡萄種植和葡萄酒釀造的知識，並積累了一定的實踐經驗，索性也開始加入酒莊的管理和運營中來。在他們共同的悉心管理和經營下，比圖澤-普裏厄酒莊逐漸成為了一座知名酒莊。


比圖澤-普裏厄酒莊的葡萄園分佈在伯恩丘的三個產酒村，除了文森特自家酒莊位於沃爾奈村世代傳承的面積為7公頃的葡萄園外，還包括他婚後繼承的位於默爾索村的3公頃葡萄園和位於伯恩的1公頃葡萄園。葡萄園內種植的品種包括黑皮諾（Pinot Noir）和霞多麗（Chardonnay）。園內的土壤排水性能很好，且富含石灰岩，保證了葡萄樹吸收到充足的營養。此外，葡萄樹種在東南朝向的斜坡上，有利於積累熱量，使葡萄充分成熟。

比圖澤-普裏厄酒莊釀造的葡萄酒主要為黑皮諾紅葡萄酒和霞多麗白葡萄酒。其中白葡萄酒是在普裏厄家族（Prieur family）位於默爾索村的釀酒廠釀造的，而紅葡萄酒則是在酒莊位於沃爾奈村的釀酒廠釀造的。酒莊在釀造白葡萄酒時完全採用全新的橡木桶進行釀造，使得釀出的葡萄酒單寧柔順，口感順滑。酒莊釀出的紅葡萄酒則帶有典型的紅色水果風味，還伴有紫羅蘭的花香。

An elegantnose that is quite floral also reflect notes of plum and cassis that is inkeeping with the ripe, rich, pure and refined middle weight flavors thatpossess a seductive mid-palate as well as a lacy but detailed andmineral-driven finish where a touch of wood surfaces. This classy effort is acombination of power and finesse that should improve for up to a decade.
