一級園價錢享受特級園質素Les Perrieres
Meursault村共有一百多家酒莊,係Cote de Beaune最密集的。一共有400多公頃,分21塊田,共中132公頃為一級田。留意返Meursault係無Grand Cru田,而Les Perrieres ,往往能釀出強勁且細緻迷人的酸度,卻又均衡及耐久。全人手採收,13個月陳存,18% 新桶,質素是Meursault中最佳之一,有人仲話佢就係Meursault的特級園添。
布根地 龍頭酒商
Bouchard Pere & Fils於1731年成立,係布根地數1數2的大哥。自1995年被Joseph Henriot 買下,亦是Henriot champagne,William Fever 及 Beaujolais的Fleurie村的Villa Ponciago的持有人。葡萄園的總數超過200公頃。比起同樣知名的Louis Jadot (擁有150公頃的葡萄園),Bouchard要多出50公頃,真不愧為布根地最重要的酒業集團。另外,Bouchard也是唯一開放接待觀光客預約參觀的伯恩精英酒商。早兩年睇完”BACK TO BURGUNDY | 濃情酒鄉”真係想去布根地走返轉。建議可以先係Google map 記低Bouchard Pere & Fils 位置,再開始安排行程。早年,紅酒原在伯恩城堡旁的Cuverie Colbert釀造,白酒在Meursault村另有釀酒窖。2005年,位於Savigny-les-Beaune村邊的Cuverie St. Vincent 新建完工後,把釀造、培養、裝瓶與儲存全部集中在一起。而唯一保留的是中世紀建造的大型防衛碉堡Bastion,石牆厚達7公尺,陰暗潮濕,溫度穩定,熟成環境絕佳,珍藏超過百萬瓶跨一百多個年份的頂級酒。參觀酒莊時絕不能錯過。
釀酒師
自2006年起,由 Philippe Prost 負責擔任技術總監和Frederic Weber 釀酒師指揮26名釀酒師釀製所有Bouchard 的葡萄酒。每年合共推出過百款酒,500多萬瓶,比起波爾多的酒莊每年只須釀出幾款酒複雜得多,真係少啲精力都唔掂。而當中包括年產數十萬瓶的Bourgogne,以及純手工釀製只有幾百瓶的特級園。當中多款Meursault村白更被認為具教科書意義的經典。同布根地好多名釀酒師一樣,團隊認為最重要的部份都喺葡萄園完成了,其餘的都只是再幫一把。所以就算量產的Bourgogne 酒,合約葡萄農也必須按要求培育葡萄。

Domaine. 3 plots in the upper part, with a normal crop in 2016. Palish colour, high class concentrated nose with the oak in balance. This has the dramatic tension that was possibly missing in Genevrières. Fully weighty, plenty of oak but the fruit is more dominant. Ripe apples, good acidity at the back. A very good example.

Here there is no reductive funk with its elegant, airy and cool aromas of citrus peel, acacia, spice and a whiff of Granny Smith apples. The middle weight and focused flavors are stony to the point of imparting the sense of rolling a small pebble around in the mouth, all wrapped in linear, energetic and very dry but not austere finale. This definitely needs time to flesh out and unwind as it's very tight at present. *Sweet Spot, Outstanding*

The 2016 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières has a fresh and perfumed bouquet with scents of orange blossom and rose petals on the nose. Other vintages have displayed more mineral drive at this stage, but it is certainly pretty. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity and a sappy salinity coming through on the second half that concludes with a saliva-inducing aftertaste. Excellent.

Pale, bright yellow. Lively aromas of ginger, orange zest and crushed rock. At once sweet, fine-grained and vibrant, with harmonious acidity giving shape and lift to the ripe pineapple, stone fruit and almond flower flavors. Impressively dense, even thick, for the year, with a plush, long, very ripe yet surprisingly dry aftertaste. This Perrières really dusts the palate. The wine's savory minerality should enable it to evolve gracefully.

Rich, gently buttery and flinty nose with some spicy stone fruit. Still not at its peak. Taut, crisp, ripe lemon, baking spice and stones. Long and spicy finish. Classy.
