📑Castillon一向係Cotes de Bordeaux分級入面較出名同品質高嘅一員，最重要嘅係性價比之高🔝今次Wine Couple 又為酒友們帶嚟全新抵飲酒款 Chateau Brehat✨酒莊喺2010年被Jerome 同 Beatrice de Monteil收購後改善酒質，佢地同時喺Saint-emilion擁有有14公頃葡萄園嘅Chateau Haut Rocher, Chateau Brehat喺Castillon 嘅葡萄園同Chateau Haut Rocher好接近，有媲美Saint-emilion嘅風土🔝各大酒評都好賞識呢枝高質Castillon, 呢個價位集獎項同分數於一身的確強大👏🏻

🍷小編Jeffrey實試報告: 雖然酒款只喺50%新嘅木桶陳熟15個月，但桶感幾強，除咗雲呢拿朱古力仲有檸檬雪芳蛋糕香氣😳紅果🍓乾紅玫瑰🌹香料，仲有少少鐵鏽感。入口酸度明顯但唔算高，反而平衡14.5度嘅厚重酒體，再加上粉粉嘅中高單寧，複雜有層次，可飲可陳👍🏻

一百蚊唔洗嘅雙90分Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux，咁嘅價錢都有咁高分，仲唔帶出去畀啲驚喜酒友！

There’s a strong and assertive feel to this Castillon with abundant red plums and berries, delivering freshness and verve on the palate. Juicy, powdery tannins. A blend of 70 per cent merlot, 15 per cent cabernet franc and 15 per cent cabernet sauvignon. Try from 2020.

🏅 Vinous 90分(Neal Martin):

The 2016 Bréhat has a lifted red cherry, cranberry and violet bouquet that develops more earthy characteristics with time in the glass. The medium-bodied palate offers fine tannin, nice focus and an appealing combination of intensity and elegance on the finish. Check out this great Côtes de Castillon.
