Chateau Faugeres 2014 富爵酒莊 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe 聖埃美隆列級莊 《醇酒系列 - F629》

Chateau Faugeres（富爵酒莊）位於 Saint-Emilion 產區，歷史可以追溯到1823年，當時Guisez 家族購下了 Chateau Faugeres 的葡萄園。從那之後，Chateau Faugeres 就一直在該家族的掌控之中。

到了1987年， Pierre-BernardGuisez，別名 Peby，和他的妻子 Corinne一起繼承了這座酒莊。兩夫妻齊心經營著自己的葡萄園，致力於高品質的追求，全心呵護著這片優異的土地。在Michel Rolland 的幫助下，經過不懈的努力，該酒莊的葡萄酒品質大幅提升。

1998年，年僅52歲的Peby 離開了人世。為了紀念Peby，Peby的妻子和女兒們在葡萄酒釀造上不斷努力改進，最終建立了Chateau Peby Faugeres（菲比富爵酒莊），並同時經營著Chateau Faugeres。

自2000年起，Chateau Faugeres 酒莊和 Chateau Peby Faugeres 酒莊的葡萄酒躋身為第一流名酒。RobertParker 認為，Chateau Faugeres 2000年份酒是“最出色的年份酒之一。”

Guisez 家族共擁有三座酒莊，分佈是 Chateau Faugeres、Chateau Peby Faugeres 和 Chateau Cap de Faugeres（凱富爵酒莊）。2005年3月，Silvio Denz購得此酒莊。身為香水設計師、葡萄酒愛好者、著名的萊儷水晶品牌 Lalique 的所有者，Silvio Denz還在瑞士（蘇黎世）擁有兩個葡萄酒公司，其中一個是瑞士最大的葡萄酒拍賣行«Denz Weine»。SilvioDenz 除了 Castillon 坡地上的 Chateau Cap de Faugeres葡萄園之外。Silvio Denz同時還身為葡萄酒工藝家 Peter Sisseck 在 Chateau Rocheyron  酒莊的股東，以及Fabio Chiarelotto 在義大利（Tuscany）的 Montepeloso。

Silvio Denz 酷愛藝術，特別是 Rene Lalique 品牌的水晶創作，他決定購買 Chateau Faugeres 酒莊，憑著此地優越的石灰石土質和鈣質黏土，並通過諮詢了Stephan von Neipperg 以及邀請全球著名的飛行釀酒師 Michel Rolland 前來指導釀酒工作。加強對酒品的研究，有利於 Faugeres 酒莊卓越土壤的表現，將 Chateau Faugeres 葡萄酒提升到最高地位。最終在 2012 年 Chateau Faugeres  酒莊被列入 Grand Cru Classe（列級酒莊）。

酒莊葡萄園由37公頃 Saint-Emilion最上乘均質的土地構成，主要以石灰石和黏土組合為主。該酒莊的葡萄酒通常由85%的 Merlot、10% 的 Cabernet Franc 和5%的 Cabernet Sauvignon 混釀而成，所有的葡萄都來自樹齡超過35年的葡萄樹。葡萄經手工採摘之後放入不銹鋼大桶中發酵，最後經雞蛋清澄清放入橡木桶中（50%是新桶）進行 14個月的陳釀。

Ripe raspberry and blackberry pâte de fruit notes pump along, picking up a dollop of ganache along the way. This has a long, flowing feel, with nice polish on the anise-infused finish. On the hedonist side, but beautifully done. Drink now through 2030. 665 cases made

The 2014 Faugeres still has bundles of red plum and juniper berry on the nose, if anything even more generous than when I tasted it a few months ago. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, superb structure and well judged acidity. It merges with more black fruit towards the finish and has palpable energy on the finish—still excellent.
