🔎 ChâteauGrand Mayne (格蘭梅酒堡) 位於Saint Emilion產區之最佳位置，優良的高度與土壤使本酒莊成為本產區最有潛力之酒廠之一💪🏻，已故之Baron Philippe de Rothschild (波爾多五大酒莊之一Château Mouton Rothschild擁有者)在比利時一家餐館試飲1955年份這隻酒後，馬上訂了幾箱📦而以同樣瓶數之Château Mouton Rothschild 1955交換，可見本酒莊釀造之葡萄酒的品質。

💁🏻‍♂️ Château Grand Mayne已經有超過五百年的歷史了，最早的有記錄可查的所有者是Laveau 家族的Jacques Laveau先生👱🏻‍♂️。由於拿破崙法典的頒布，其中關於遺產繼承的條款使得Laveau家族喪失了對於城堡的控制。之後也是幾經易主，直到1934年，由酒莊現在的主人Nony家族獲得了其所有權。Jean Novy先生單槍匹馬管理酒莊直到1977年，之後他的兒子Jean-Pierre Nony繼承了酒莊。2001年，Jean-Pierre Nony先生去世後，妻子Marie-Françoise Nony 👩🏻‍🦰和兩個兒子Jean Antoine and Damien 👨🏻‍🦱共同經營酒莊。

黑櫻桃、布冧、黑加倫子🍇、糖果等香氣，典雅深層，當中還帶上木桶香及強sweet spice 等，入口果力充沛夠活力，李子、莓、以及香草🍃、煙薰味慢慢滲出。酸度良好平衡，整體高級雅緻，多層多變，口感厚實，餘韻悠長。

Notes of blackcurrants, plums, chocolate,and lead pencil emerge from the ripe, sexy styled 2015 Château Grand Mayne.This full-bodied, opulent, beautifully concentrated 2015 hits the palate withloads of fruit and texture, yet stays balanced, has terrific purity of fruit,and ripe tannin. I was only able to taste this one time, but wow, what a wine.

The 2015 Grand Mayne has a candied bouquetwith high-toned red cherry, crème de cassis and mulberry aromas, well definedand generous with flecks of dark chocolate developing in the glass. The palateis medium-bodied with fine tannin and very well judged acidity. I appreciatethe focus and freshness in this Saint-Émilion, nicely poised with a persistent,quite mineral finish. A superb wine from Jean-Antoine Nony.

The 2015 Grand Mayne is medium to deepgarnet-purple in color with an earthy nose of damp soil and fungi with a coreof red and black plums, black berries and dried herbs. The full-bodied mouth isrich and earthy with a firm structure and plenty of freshness, finishing long.

This huge wine seems to revel in its richand powerful fruits. It has a serious side as well, coming from dark tannins,black chocolate and wood-aging flavors. If it seems extracted at this stage,that fruit will come to balance the wine as it matures further.
