🔍 酒莊喺20世紀中期先由Raymond Clauzel成立，酒莊原本叫Graves-Guillot, 當時Raymond同Henriette Giraud結婚後得到佢教父送嘅葡萄💝而呢啲葡萄係嚟自名莊Chateau Beauregard😯加上Giraud家族本身嘅葡萄園同酒莊設備🏡夫婦就咁開始佢地嘅釀酒人生再傳畀下一代👨‍👩‍👧‍👦到1991年賣出Beauregard, 同期將酒莊改名做今日嘅Guillot Clauzel💁🏻‍♂️


酒莊只有1.7公頃，非常精品💎同頂級名莊Le Pin好近，所以風土接近，甚至有部份區內最高質嘅blue clay😳種上最老嘅Merlot，又有南向坡度🔝

值得一提嘅係酒莊一向好低調，但喺2018請嚟鄰居Le Pin + VCC神級釀酒師Guillaume Thienpont之後就to the moon🚀James Suckling甚至畀過98分2019年份酒😳可見個風土潛力🔝2008呢個Pomerol靚年，可飲可陳，絕對值得一試🙌🏻
