🔎芝露酒莊(Chateau Guiraud)位於法國波爾多南邊，吉隆特河(Gironde)左岸的蘇玳(Sauternes)產區，此產區以盛產貴腐甜白酒而聞名。酒莊早期曾是Mons de SaintPoly家族產業，當時被稱作「Bayle貴族之家」，於 1766 年被批發商 Pierre Guiraud 買下，1799年傳給兒子Louis，讓酒莊成為Sauternes產區的優質酒莊。1837年Louis再把酒莊傳承給兒子時，歷經三代人的經營，成為享譽盛名的酒莊，直到 1855年波爾多產區實行酒莊分級，酒莊被評選為蘇玳和巴薩克列級酒莊被評為一級酒莊(Premier Cru Classe)，同時也是率先取得法國生態農業促進發展署(Agence Bio)認證，是有波爾多產區首見有機認證的酒莊。

土壤: 沙礫 80%, 粘土 20%
深層土壤: 沙粒, 紅粘土和石灰石, 海洋沉積土壤, 深層白粘土
VINIFICATION 釀酒技藝
發酵: 全用木桶 - 其中90% 新桶, 10% 只陳存剛發酵的酒3 - 6 星期
陳存: 在木桶中陳釀18-24個月不等
🌱莊園現有100公頃葡萄園， 85公頃用於釀造正牌酒Chateau Guiraud白葡萄酒，其餘的15公頃釀造G de Guiraud白葡萄酒。土壤是砂礫石、粘土、礫石為主的混合土質，底層土壤再複雜一些，在深處有半透明的沙粒，還有一些石子摻在紅色的粘土上面，也可也看還有泥灰岩石灰石。酒款呈現金黃色澤，帶有豐富的橘子、蜂蜜、檸檬香氣，以及烤麵包、奶油、香料與焦糖氣味，口感濃郁，甜蜜有質感，酒體飽滿，甜度與酸度具有良好平衡。

Delivers lots of botrytis spice, with lemon tart and cooked apple. Full-bodied, with loads of cream and vanilla and an intense tropical fruit and honey aftertaste. Long and viscous, with a layered and beautiful spicy finish. Hard not to drink it now.

This appears to be the synthesis of the fabulous 2001 and 2003. It shows wonderful aromas of botrytis spice, honey and citrus rind. Lots of fruit with a tropical fruit undertone of mango and papaya on the palate. Intense finish. Too excellent not to drink.

Typical of the huge power of Guiraud, this is one of the richest Sauternes in 2005. The wine is rich and intense, the dry edge of botrytis just dominating the sweetness. Flavors of honey, almonds and peaches give the wine extra complexity

This is back to the great Guiraud I tasted out of barrel. A simple honeyed, butterscotch nose with moderate definition. Opening up in the glass, nice mineral aromas in there, a touch of quince, white flowers, honeysuckle and a touch of quince. Ends up having good definition. The palate is medium-bodied, quite elegant and well poised with good acidity with a minerally, well crafted honey, creme-brulee and fresh apricot tinged finish. Sophisticated and classy.

Full golden-yellow. Orange oil, clove, ginger, mint and minerals on the perfumed, vibrant noise. Superrich but juicy and vibrant, with an exotic hint to the fresh apricot and peach flavors. This boasts an exhilarating sugar/acid balance and finishes with terrific life and grip.
