4級莊拉圖嘉麗不需多解說,而葡萄酒界的邵逸夫Bernard Magrez 也不用小編多介紹,只需知道波爾多在1950’s 白酒產量佔了波爾多整區的一半,到近幾十年因為紅酒需求增大,莊園紛紛將白葡萄樹拔起改種紅,而最近對白酒棄甜取乾的潮流風又再刮起,消費者對乾白的需求有增無減,Burgundy、Alsace、Loire 的白酒甚至連新世界如新西蘭的Sauvignon Blanc 在巿場上非常受歡迎,結果一眾波爾多酒莊又重操故業釀造白酒,而多間列級莊也包括在內,紛紛加入這潮流,務求要紅白皆聞名於世,而La Tour Carnet 就在 2008年開始正式推出這款白酒。
La Tour Carnet 擁有超大的190公頃葡萄園,當中用來釀造 La Tour Carnet Blanc 的葡萄園就只有2.46公頃,產量非常少,而且每年採用葡萄的比例都會有轉變,值得留意是2016年沒有用上Bernard Magrez 先生情有獨鍾的葡萄品種Sauvignon Gris。La Tour Carnet Blanc 選用第一轉人工採收的葡萄,採收後放置於小木箱,而採收後兩小時內便立即進行 Pneumatic Pressing,相對溫和式的壓榨即少一點汁液換取高一點質量,然後進行低溫的浸漬1天和穩定6-8天,Sauvignon 會放在混凝土的缸進行發酵,而 Semilion 就會放進橡木桶約15日的發酵,再陳熟8-10個月,期間每星期攪伴酒渣一至兩次,整個釀酒過程全依賴天然的重力,不進行澆灌和過濾。只要凡是Bernard Magrez 旗下的酒莊,即代表著擁有最高科技和先進的釀酒設備,品質有保証

Aromas of lemon rind and tarragon with some crushed-stone undertones. *Full-bodied with plenty of fruit and a dense, textured mid-palate. Very serious.
🏅 Vinous 89-91分:
The 2020 La Tour Carnet Blanc has a straightforward nose of melon, touches of tropical fruit (guava, pineapple) and lime scents emerging with aeration. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, a slightly waxy texture and commendable tension toward the pineapple and grapefruit finish. This is a fine, enjoyable La Tour Carnet Blanc in the making.

Off-beat, with tangerine and nectarine notes bursting forth, laced with quinine and honeysuckle through the zingy finish. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.
