🔎Chateau Latour-Martillac (拉圖瑪提堡) 是Pessac Leognan產區的知名列級酒莊，是區內16家列級莊當中6家紅白酒均能入選列級行列之一🙋🏻‍♂️。由Kressmann家族管理至第四代，現在由Tristan 和 Loic接手管理，曾經聘用過Michel Rolland 👨🏻‍🦳和已故白酒之父Denis Dubourdieu👱🏻‍♂️為釀酒顧問，為今天高品質的出品奠定了良好的基礎。酒莊的紅白酒款，多年來也能取悅各大酒評家，是高分常客👍🏻💪🏻👏🏻。

📝實試報告:

開瓶帶上檸檬、白桃、柑橘🍊、西柚及接骨木花等香氣，香氣集中自然。入口帶上青檸、柚皮、creamy、toasty及礦物味道。整體平衡細緻，酒體飽滿集中，酸度良好，層次具複雜性，感受舒服、回甘能感受絲絲海鹽感、餘韻細長。此酒現在適飲，也適合陳存。用來配襯海鮮、意粉更見相得益彰。

The Latour Martillac 2018 Blanc rolls out of the glass with upfront notes of spiced pears, lemon curd and lime cordial, plus hints of chalk dust, apple blossoms and coriander seed. The medium-bodied palate retains its sense of freshness and sophistication, even in this warmer vintage. It has delicately played citrus and stone fruit layers with a reassuring chalkiness to the finish. I love how this wine has managed to keep its cool in 2018—nicely done!

Aromas of dried lemon zest, green apples, toasted nuts, flint and hay. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity and a dense, waxy texture. Tight, energetic and focused. Long. Give it a few years in bottle to see its full potential.

The 2018 Latour-Martillac Blanc is bright, airy and impeccably balanced. Lemon peel, sage, mint and white flowers are nicely lifted. The 2018 is delicate and so precise, with tons of sheer style. Bright saline notes run through the textured, vibrant finish.

With the extra year, this wine has softened from its initial tight and crisp character. It has an attractive touch of spice along with bright apple and tangy lemon zest.

Peach, clementine, heather and almond notes are melding here, with a light zingy aspect giving the finish enough cut and drive.

🏅Decanter 92 pts

Ripe stone fruit flavours show the warmth of the summer but there’s a lovely sense of restraint and freshness in this good quality wine. It has a touch of bitterness, which gives focus to the finish.

🏅Jancis Robinson 16/20 pts

Lots of pure lemon and grapefruit on the nose, a touch of spice. Very spicy on the palate too but there’s the fruit to fill out the middle. A bit sweet and sour but should come round. Certainly, plenty of fruit even if the acidity is slightly aggressive.
