💕心儀已久的小莊就係Lespault-Martillac 💕
2009他的願望終於實現，莊主Jean Claude Bolleau 跟 Olivier簽了一份長期合約，將Lespault-Matillac的管理和銷售交給Olivier，使得Olivier能夠全面接手這小酒莊，將其潛力充份展現出來，結果這締結良緣成就出動人的佳釀。

Olivier一開始目標就是發揮Lespault-Martillac 固有超卓的Terrior ，利用莊園的Merlot老樹，採用跟 Domaine de Chevalier 傳統的耕作方法, 採用生物動力及尊重土地態度管理葡萄園，釀酒方法跟Domaine de Chevalier一樣一絲不苟。

釀酒時講求整顆葡萄的原整性，不弄破葡萄表皮，這對日後單寧結構的發展極其重要，酒莊紅酒的陳熟方法跟白酒一樣，頭幾個月都是跟Lees 一起待著，之後放到法國全新橡木桶陳熟14-15個月。眾人經常比喻騎士為頂級 Medoc 酒，擁有雄壯的單寧和驚人的深度，反之 Lespault-Martillac 風格則是女性化，屬於誘人細緻型，尤如右岸 Pomerol 的佳釀，來自只有7公頃的老樹Merlot ，產量每年只有2000箱… 要飲騎士新年份都要五六百起跳，想要以平價試到Olivier Bernard 的手勢，Chateau Lespault-Martillac 就係不二之選

實試報告:
8公頃的葡萄園當中，有7公頃是種植紅葡萄。酒莊採用全人手採收、平均樹齡為40年。寶石紅酒色，果力充沛，紅桑莓、黑果、藍莓、及絲絲焦糖等氣息。入口帶上布冧、李子、黑櫻桃及朱古力味，也帶上礦物感。酸度良好，單寧緊緻但平衡，層次結構多元，耐飲、持久aftertaste，年產只得5000箱。

Composed of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, the medium garnet-purple colored 2015 Lespault-Martillac has expressive red berry preserves, cherry cordial and potpourri notes with a waft of garrigue and black soil. The medium-bodied palate is taut, muscular and firm with plenty of layers and great length.

🏅 Vinous 88-91 pts

The 2015 Lespault-Martillac is plump, forward and juicy. Mint, sweet herbs and licorice add further shades of nuance, but ultimately, the 2015 is a wine built on forward fruit. This succulent, open-knit Pessac-Léognan should drink well early. The 2015 is an attractive wine, but it also lacks a bit of depth and continuity, something that is especially apparent on the finish.

The 2015 Château Lespault-Martillac is also outstanding, although it doesn’t match the quality of the white. Smoke tobacco, blackcurrants, truffle and plenty of classic Graves earthiness all emerge from this ripe, medium to full-bodied, voluptuously textured red that’s going to drink nicely for 8-10 years

Ripe and fleshy in feel, with lots of plum and currant paste flavors driving through, inlaid liberally with taut red licorice and singed apple wood notes. Offers a light tarry frame on the finish.
