💁🏻️Alain Moueix 由1992年開始負責打理 Mazeyres,他的Moueix家族是右岸最具影響力家族之一,擁有 Petrus 和 Chateau Trotanoy,除了家族名聲顯赫,他本人亦是前聖愛美隆聯合會主席,右岸經典聯盟副主席,而且還在2級莊 Chateau Dufort Vivens 擔任釀酒顧問,同時亦擔任生物動力法認証組織Biodyvin副主席,是波爾多Biodynamic 的領航人,Chateau Mazeyres 和 Chateau Fonroque 在他管理下已全面實施生物動力法,在2011年被著名美食指南 Gault & Millau 📖選為年度風雲人物,是波爾多自然派的先鋒。
💁🏻他在 Chateau Mazeyres全面推行Biodynamic,注重葡萄樹、土壤和環境之相互影響,將葡萄園的風土條件發揮到最大,不會釀造過份厚重風格的葡萄酒,令酒體更優雅富層次,在2015年酒莊取得Biodynamic 認証。酒莊佔地21.57公頃,平均30年左右,14個月橡木桶。

The 2015 Château Mazeyres has a lovelybouquet of blackberry, briary, sous-bois and a light marine influence, all verywell defined but not concerned about making a big splash at this prematurejuncture. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, crisp and focused withplenty of fresh blueberry and cassis fruit, before seguing into a structuredbut refined finish. There is great potential here in another great Pomerol winefrom Alain Moueix.

Aromas of cherries, blackberries andmushrooms follow through to a full body. Round and chewy tannins and aflavorful finish. A young Pomerol that is traditional and dense in its nature.Give it two or three years to come together.

Bright raspberry, blood orange and cherryfruit flavors are liberally laced with notes of mulling spices and black tea,carrying through a silky and expressive finish, where a flash of mint shows up.Drink now through 2027.

The 2015 Mazeyeres is creamy, suave andexpressive. Sweet tobacco, herbs, cedar, red plum, and licorice add attractivecomplexity in this mid-weight, nuanced Pomerol, an impression that isreinforced by the silky tannins. This is very nicely done.
