披凱石酒莊（Chateau Picque Caillou）是法國波爾多格拉夫佩薩克-雷奧良（Pessac-Leognan）產區的酒莊之一，亦為波爾多特級酒莊聯合會（Union Des Grands Crus De Bordeaux）的成員之一。

披凱石酒莊建於1755年，靠近著名的侯伯王酒莊（Chateau Haut-Brion）和克萊蒙教皇堡（Chateau Pape Clement）。嘉倫河岸帶來了很多小石子，其地表下又有著非常細密、過濾性極好的沙粒，所以披凱石酒莊的葡萄酒不僅口感細膩，品質高雅，更具有陳年的潛力。

2007年，Paulin Calvet開始掌管葡萄園的日常管理，並帶來了一股永不終止的推動力。不久，葡萄酒專家就注意到此酒莊的強大潛力。同年，葡萄酒工藝學家兼釀酒顧問丹Denis Dubourdieu和Valerie Lavigne加入了酒莊的技術團隊，並為披凱石酒莊提供專業的技術意見。就這樣，一款優質紅酒就誕生了，它以其細膩與均衡贏得了專家和市場的好評。

披凱石酒莊目前的葡萄園面積為21公頃，其中紅葡萄品種包括50%的赤霞珠（Cabernet sauvignon）和50%的梅洛（Merlot）葡萄，白葡萄品種包括60%的長相思（Sauvignon Blanc）和40%的賽美蓉（Semillon）葡萄。當葡萄達到理想的成熟狀態後，酒莊會通過人工方式進行採摘。採摘後的葡萄經過篩選後，會通過傳統方式進行釀制。釀制而成的紅葡萄酒會在35%新的法國橡木桶中熟成12個月，最後在酒莊內裝瓶。
