🔍酒莊由Vignobles Gabriel & Co.去聯合經營，旗下的酒莊都是獨立運作，出產的葡萄酒都是用回自家酒莊的Label，但對外的營銷，宣傳等的工作，則統一起來一同聯營，這對人手並不充裕的農莊是一件好事👏，將自己的精力投入到自己最擅長的範疇之中，將葡萄酒做好，這絕對是多方面的Win Win 情況。Vignobles Gabriel & Co.經營範圍以波爾多的右岸及中間的Entre-Deux-Mers(兩海之間)為主力。

🏰Chateau Puy Galland位於Franc Cotes de Bordeaux，是Cotes de Bordeaux入面最細嘅AOC，於Saint Emilion東面約10 公里，同Pomerol 同Saint Emilion擁有相似嘅土壤，但名氣無咁大，地價都比佢地平，所以出產的酒款有超強的性價比😉連酒王Le Pin 嘅Thienpont家族都有兩個莊Puygueraud同Les Charmes Godard喺Franc Cotes de Bordeaux, 潛力無窮🌟

🏰Chateau Puy Galland已經歷4代人的傳承，現今的掌舵人是David Labatut。酒莊的面積由一開始的4公頃增長到現時的23公頃，技術亦不斷的提昇，出產優質葡萄酒的初心從沒改變，確保高品質的出品，亦已經變成David的樂趣，亦希望這種樂趣會一直延續下去。

Tasting Note by Andreas Larsson

Very youthful, quite inky appearance with a purple rim. Pure nose with an emphasis on fruit, some hints of leather, a slight herbal spiciness here. Palate has quite good weight, we have a youthful tannic presence, with a dense fruitiness; it feels slightly Cabernet-like like I would say, with notes of red and black currant, some fresh herbs. Oak is not really present at this stage. Youthful acidity, good purity of fruit and a quite long finish. A wine that should develop and be accessible within the coming few years.

🍷實試報告:

開瓶充滿新鮮黑色水果，如黑加侖子等的香氣，帶有點點的皮革、草本、香料等各種複雜的氣息，尤其草本方面比較特出如夏枯草、茶葉等的比較深層的氣息，中等的酒體，飲起嚟唔會好膩，稍稍醒酒20分鐘，淡淡的Vanilla的氣息出現，配合適量的酸度，活潑的單寧，整支酒非常平衡，尤其與食物配搭更相得益彰。
