Chateau Raymond-Lafon 2016 雷蒙德拉芳蘇玳貴腐甜酒 Sauternes (375ml)《醇酒系列 - FH117A》

Chateau Raymond-Lafon位於法國知名甜酒產區 Sauternes 蘇玳。成立於1950年，在1972年時由Pierre Meslier(1963-1989曾擔任Chateau d’Yquem的技術總監) 買下，Meslier看中Ch. Raymond-Lafon卓越的風土環境(位於d’Yquem 上方) 並成功的運用d’Yquem的釀酒技術和添購的新設備，在幾年內聲名大噪，並且釀造出超級優異的Sauternes甜白酒，在80年代初期葡萄酒價格就高過了Climens和Rieussec。

酒莊目前由Meslier家族經營管理。葡萄園佔地18公頃，80%種植 Semillon，20% Sauvignon Blanc，年產量僅2500箱。釀造頂級貴腐酒對葡萄的要求很高，所有葡萄必須人工採摘，每一顆葡萄都必須被貴腐菌感染水分近乎完全收乾，而由於即使是同一串葡萄上葡萄的成熟度都不一樣，所以平均每一季要人手採摘6次才能把葡萄收完。對於如此滴滴皆辛苦的優質美酒，在品嚐自是多了一份感動。

金黃耀眼的酒色，複雜而濃郁的香氣，如香草、蜂蜜、杏脯、李子乾、糖漬柑橘的味道，酸甜度都有著非常均衡與和諧的表現!

Pale to medium lemon colored, the 2016 Raymond-Lafon offers up expressive tropical fruit notes of pineapple upside down cake, green mangos and passion fruit with hints of yeast extract, cedar chest and Manuka honey. The sweet, sexy palate sports fantastic concentration with bags of rich, exotic fruits and a long, honeyed finish.

Bright and fresh, with a solid core of creamed peach and papaya flavors liberally laced with honeysuckle and acacia honey notes. Accessible now, but has some drive for cellaring. Best from 2022 through 2033. 1,411 cases made.

Gracious and lifted, Raymond-Lafon is one of the more ethereal Sauternes readers will come across in 2016. Pear, apple, chamomile, lemon confit and lightly honeyed tones all develop in the glass. Overall, the 2016 is bright and delicate in style.
