🔎ChateauSaint-Pierre (聖皮耶堡) 創立於17世紀，是波爾多1855年分級中的四級莊。曾經歷過多次的繼承爭議與產權分割，在1982年，幸得到Henri Martin全權收購，讓這酒莊得以延續落去。

💁🏻‍♂️Henri Martin 曾任Saint-Julien的首長，同時也是中級莊(Cru Bourgeois) Chateau Gloria (歌莉亞) 的創辦人，Martin家族在波爾多地區從事葡萄酒相關行業長達三個世紀。然而，只專注一間列級酒莊的出品，始於是享利的人生目標。在收購Chateau Saint-Pierre後，Henri 傾盡全力與財力，試圖讓Chateau Saint-Pierre重返往昔的榮耀。雖然Henri在1991年離世，但他的釀造精神已傳遞到女婿Jean-Louis Triaud 👨🏻。在兩代人的努力下，昔日的威名不僅再興，ChateauSaint-Pierre更躍身為Saint-Julien的一個名莊。

🌱酒莊座落於Beychevelle (班舍維爾) 村中心，葡萄園佔地17公頃。園內葡萄滕平均樹齡為50年。以礫石為主的土壤，覆蓋在沙混合黏土的底土上。葡萄經手工採收，會送入傳統的溫控不锈鋼糟發酵，隨後移至橡木桶陳熟14-16個月，當中50%為新桶。酒款風格帶有Pauillac與Margaux影子，既有Margaux的完美細緻香氣，也有Pauillac般的豐富黑果口感。

A soft, somewhat fleshy and opulent styleof St.-Julien, this 2012 has a deep ruby/purple color, good minerality,moderate tannin, and a full but more precocious and accessible style than itsneighbors such as Léoville Poyferré and Beychevelle. This is more along thelines of the juicy, succulent Talbot, but certainly has aging potential. Two tofour years of bottle age is recommended and then consumption over the followingtwo decades.

Blackcurrant, ripe plum and cedar characterto this red on the nose, before giving way to a full to medium body, refinedyet firm tannins and good acidity. A little lean.

🏅Vinous 88-91pts

Medium-dark ruby-purple. Autumnal aromas ofaromatic cedar, underbrush and smoke complement blackcurrant and floral noteson the nose. Then bright and fresh on the palate, with delicate black cherryand graphite flavors carrying through on the long, minerally finish. Anotherexcellent wine from this property, which has been on a roll of late.
