🔍 Chateau Sansonnet位於聖埃美侖 (Saint Emilion) 的東北方, 矗立於石灰石和黏土高地的最高點⛰️, 擁有與所有聖埃美隆列級酒莊一樣優質的土壤。酒莊只有一塊園地, 面積為7公頃。桑索酒莊的歷史至少可以追溯到19世, 當時它是法國國王路易十八的首相——得卡茲（Decazes）公爵的資產。如今, 這座古老的城堡已經得到重新修復和裝飾, 呈現出典型的聖埃美隆城堡的優雅風格✨。

2009年, Marie-Benedicte Lefevere (瑪麗-班內迪特•勒菲弗爾）開始接手管理酒莊。Lefevere雖然擁有藥劑學博士學位, 但她最感興趣的還是葡萄酒😊。早在孩童時期, 她便接觸到家族位於波美侯Pomerol和聖埃美侖Saint Emilion 的酒窖。從此, 釀酒成了她一生的追求。她對釀酒抱有雄心壯志,也對自家的酒莊有著深切的愛💗, 奮力要把Sansonnet酒莊提高到名符其實的頂級酒莊地位💪

為了追求最高等的質量⬆️ 酒莊正在努力對葡萄園進行穩步的轉型, 轉型的重點在於在同一塊土地上混合種植不同的葡萄品種, 這包括控制葡萄藤的高度和根據葡萄藤的變化和生長來謹慎地調整葡萄園的工作。除了對葡萄園進行改造之外, 酒莊目前也在對酒莊建築和釀酒設備進行改良和更新🆕, 不僅木桶房和酒窖都得到了徹底的整修🛠️, 而且還增加了小的圓錐形的不銹鋼罐及兩個葡萄分揀台。這些對葡萄的發酵和釀製工作都非常有利👍。此外, 酒莊用於葡萄酒熟成的酒窖也配備了空調。

💁‍♀️酒莊的釀酒方法充分結合了葡萄園本身的特點。在採收葡萄之, 先取一部分葡萄進行前發酵和冷凍浸皮, 這個過程需要6天, 溫度嚴格保持在5℃。再進行熱浸皮。然後, 葡萄酒在100%新的法國橡木桶中熟成12至18個月, 其中包括了蘋果酸-乳酸發酵過程。這一套獨創的釀酒方法由酒莊釀酒師 - Jean-Philippe Fort (菲利普•福特）設計, 他正是飛行釀酒師Michel Roland（米歇爾•羅蘭）的團隊。

Very ripe and lush, but lovely, with a creamy mouthfeel as the structure is thoroughly embedded in the core of melted licorice, steeped fig and blackberry fruit. Subtle Kenya AA coffee and bittersweet cocoa shadings fill in on the finish, which has finely beaded acidity.

It offers up loads of black cherry fruit, some underbrush and loamy soil undertones, sweet tannin and adequate acidity in its forward, evolved personality.

Loads of ripe fruit in this with strawberry jam, blueberries and hints of vanilla. Full body, with soft and round tannins. Vanilla finish. Juicy. Intense style.

Fully saturated, almost inky ruby. Superripe aromas of raspberry syrup, blackcurrant jelly and licorice. Lush, sweet and rich, with compelling inner-mouth perfume to its fleshy dark berry flavors. Finishes with powerful structure and very good balance and length.
